Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Mankato

Buffet tends to run bare. Tables sit uncleaned for some time. Update: our youngest loves to eat here so we tend to dine at this establishment at least monthly. We had dinner here on 8.31.2017, and as previously stated they are very slow at cleaning the tables. On this visit we were on our way out and remembered that we left a pair of sunglasses on the table (a very pricey pair) and when we went back to get them a minute or so later they were gone. Table was completely cleared within seconds of us leaving. We asked if the glasses had been turned in, they hadn't, got the manager Brad P. to assist us and after making a half hearted attempt stated we were out of luck. My SO asked if there was a video to review to which the manager said no and for us to call the police which we did. Once the officer arrived the manager promptly reviewed the tapes and magically the glasses "appeared". Sadly, we will not be returning to this establishment as it seems the manager protects...

The last 2 birthday parties I've hosted here employees have been very rude and unaccomidating. Last year they ( the female assistant manager) put the wrong reservation date down and were rude to me about it. This year they refused to give me the bunker room because I "didn't have a bug enough group" (my group was 20-40people) when we didn't all fit they (the female assistant manager again) would not allow us to have extra chairs to put on the ends of tables. The group in the bunker room shows "party of 20" so clearly we should have been able to book the bunker room with my 20-40. I think after 2 years of this I'll take my $400+ party to Jakes or Godfathers pizza. Really disappointed as this has been our go to location for 5+ years, used to be a lot better service. Disappointed by how far downhill this place has gone over the years. No fresh food at all. All food was old. No bowls available for soup which was at the very bottom of the pot. Dirty utensils. Made a salad and the ranch dressing or a different topping was extremely salty. Staff does not care. No bussing done at all. Staff all looked like they just rolled out of bed. One girl was wearing ripped wide leg jeans, had ear buds in and kept checking her phone while she shuffled her feet around cleaning. One guy reached over our table to grab the napkin dispenser to refill it, buy didn't bother asking to taking our plates. At 8:00pm, a girl told us to go get any food we want because they were tearing down the buffet, but they close at 9:00. Price went way up, but quality went way down. Never...
