I used to come here all the time a couple years ago when everything was reasonably priced and I could find items that I liked. I have also been donating to AGAIN for years.
Recently, they made some layout changes with the store and it is awful- so crowded, overwhelming, and hard to move around in.
It has been so difficult finding quality items there and I always leave empty handed. Pricing is ridiculous & needs some kind of regulation. It's sad that they get a lot (if not most) of their inventory as DONATIONS, and sell them for as much as they do.
The store also smells like vomit and/or urine. It is typically worse in the summer and I have had to leave the store last summer because it was nauseating.
I wasn't even going to leave a review for the store until I saw their facebook posts. They are now taking videos of their customers (minors included) and posting them on facebook for everyone to see. I understand if you want to identify someone stealing, but leave their children's faces out of it.Truly disgusting behavior & I will not be spending another cent here OR donating....
Read moreOn their Facebook page, they had posted an envelope with contact info in an attempt to find it's owner. However, they showed much of the included letter itself. I simply stated that I personally wouldn't want a letter of mine or families' made public like that and that I found it in poor taste / disrespectful. (I literally stated it like that). It was a personal opinion and in no way rude. I didn't curse, I didn't call out any names, I didn't say I didn't want the owners found, and I didn't wish any ill will on anyone. However, they blocked me from commenting on their FB page at all. If having a difference of opinion gets me blocked, then so be it. It's just sad that I have been a supporter of their business in the past, but will no longer be. That's no way to...
Read moreThis establishment appears to be engaging in unethical pricing practices, with prices significantly higher than what is typical for a thrift store. Furthermore, the primary employees demonstrate a lack of diligence and motivation, which is unacceptable in a professional setting. While there were previously some commendable individuals employed there, the current situation is unfortunately quite dire. The staff's unwillingness to assist customers, even for simple inquiries about the price of an item, is highly inconvenient and inefficient. It is recommended that customers consider alternative thrift stores such as Goodwill, Vine, or Salvation Army, as they offer more reasonable pricing and superior...
