On Sunday morning around 8:45am I was looking for good carnitas in town so this place popped in my search and I drove from south Austin to manor Tx for the best carnitas according to the add . The chicharrones were looking good on the advertising bad sadly the cashier was asking the other lady about what I was talking about so the cooker told the cashier that they had those long time ago but not anymore. Also I asked for a pound of carnitas haft carnitas and the other half cueritos and I clearly heard when the cashier asked for half & haft and I only got some source of dried meet after telling the lady’s that I was looking for the best carnitas with cueritos because that’s my wife’s favorite part of the carnitas. Anyway if you are looking for carnitas don’t go here I think the Mexican market has better carnitas but if you really want to get the best go to Carnitas El guero in south Austin next to my house but I was trying to taste some different ones this time and all went wrong. We were fans of their tacos, especially the bistec and al pastor, so we decided to hire them to cater our baby shower in Manor. Hiring a catering service was supposed to reduce stress, but instead they added to it.

The staff showed up late, served the food late, and set up the toppings in a way that caused confusion and long lines. This completely threw off the schedule of our event, which had been carefully planned in advance.

The agua fresca ran out well before 50 servings, even though our package was for 50 people. clearly, they didn’t bring enough. Given that the event was local, they were able to get more agua fresca but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place and if we weren’t local this wouldn’t have been a feasible option. They also left before the contracted end time, and served the wrong type of beans. To top it off, they later contacted us about a $15 beverage jar, which feels absurd given all the issues.

Overall, this was unreliable, poorly managed, and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a special, enjoyable day. I would not recommend their service for any...

So I ordered this box of taco for $36.52 plus tip from DoorDash, and it came like that. The lemon are cut so tiny and they are dry. Paid extra for tomatoes thinking they'd be added in the Taco Box #1 (6 Tacos)they came in a little box separate and they did not even clean it properly. The Taco Box #1 (6 Tacos)came with no onions, nothing. Might as well just call it meat in corn tortillas. I ordered two type of meat, paid extra for both, I only received one meat. This is a real bad experience to have on Cinqo De Mayo when people are trying to celebrate their culture. Really bad! Highly not recommended, and mostly extremely disappointed.
