El Bandido Suelto — Restaurant in Manor

In all honesty, best Mexican place around for miles and dare i say north of Edinburg, tx. I think the reason is the spices normally aren't right in most places, but this place was spot on and tasted very authentic or did their homework well. I was going to say that the Birria consome was missing a little more spice and thicker consistency to it, but they also give you a little salsa on the side to add to each taco and I realized that it completed it. I then really appreciated the consome being so mild as not everyone is used to heavy spices, but give you the option to add that salsa on top for the rest of us💪 appealing to a broader audience. Toppings looked freshly cut and very fresh with a good sized slice of lemon instead of the typical dry old lemons people typically give.

The quesadillas were packed with tender, flavorful birria, perfectly melted cheese, and had just the right amount of crispiness. Each bite was a mouthwatering blend of savory and cheesy goodness. The accompanying dipping consommé was rich and flavorful, adding an extra layer of depth to an already amazing dish.

Excellent service, presentation, and most importantly tacos!!! Placed an online order for the family pack, confirmation said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I was skeptical but headed out to pick up. I showed up right around the scheduled pick up time and my order was being boxed and wrapped up!!! Employees were super positive and offered to bag my drinks (huge help!) and I was on my way.
