Doc's Deli — Restaurant in Mansfield

Have come here many times before and their sandwiches are normally really good, but this time I paid $9 for bread mainly and I even gave a tip (it was supposed to be a veggie sandwich). I wasn’t going to complain but the manager asked me how my sandwich was and I was honest I paid extra money for toppings which I didn’t get and they skimped out on stuff. She didn’t even do anything to correct the situation just tried to make an excuse that it was the type of bread I got. No that’s not the issue, I’ve had way better sandwiches in the past. The issue was you guys didn’t pay attention to detail and didn’t make a good sandwich. They had unprofessional staff working who was cussing and acting inappropriately after another customer had left. Definitely not worth this experience!!! My family absolutely LOVES Doc's Deli! The food is soooo delicious! My favorite sandwich is the "Give Em The Bird" which is turkey, spinach, cream cheese, green apples, bacon and cranberry mayo on a croissant! My favorite soup is the roasted red pepper and gouda soup. The owner and workers are so incredibly kind, happy, helpful and professional! The restaurant is always clean. They have 4 soups that are served each day, always a different variety. They have a "pick two" option which is $8 and that includes 1/2 a sandwich and a cup of soup. We were in town for the Shawshank Hustle and I wanted to try a local restaurant. Their sandwiches were amazing! They offer a vegan option with the Far L.E.F.T (minus feta cheese). My husband had the Boba Fett which he said was one of the best sandwiches he'd ever eaten. They had an outdoor patio behind the restaurant I didn't know about. When I mentioned we'd get our sandwiches to go because our dog was in the car they warmly invited us to bring him out back (the patio had an opening to walk directly into).
