First time there I ordered what I always get at any other dunks but today they were pretty oblivious. I always go inside to ask for "a large frozen coffee with the holiday cookie signature flavor, a shot of espresso, and whipped cream with all the fixings that usually comes with a signature latte. I told the guy twice behind the counter but didn't seem to understand my English very well so I told him he is probably going to make it wrong. When I got it it was wrong so I said "i told you you wouldn't make it right even after I explained it twice because its not in the menu, its a custom order..." The girl behind the counter that made it came at me with attitude and said I didn't ask for it the right way and was trying to "make things complicated' when she wasn't even listening to me repeat my order to make sure they didnt mess it up. My gf got so embarrassed by the workers attitude that she wanted a refund and didn't even give her all the money back. The manager stepped into the situation too late after the damage was done from the worker's awesome attitude.

Add it to the menu so there's no confusion because I'm not the only person that orders a frozen coffee this way just for them to mess it up 99% of the time. I told everyone waiting in the drive thru to leave after what they did to us and they would be treated the same way when they get your order wrong. Read moreThis Dunkin is easy to go to as a college student but recently the quality has gone downhill rapidly. This is the second time I’ve received food that was cold and had to be reheated. The quantity of food has also been reduced, such as coffee and drinks clearly having more ice and cold foam to make it seem larger than it is, and one order of hash browns being FOUR (4) when there used to be more. When picking up my mobile order of food and drinks I was asked at the window if I had ordered drinks, to which after explaining exactly what I ordered they immediately brought them out to me. Mind you, my name was written on both my food and the drinks, so why ask if you already had the drinks in hand that had MY NAME on it? Read moreI went there and ordered a few items and one of those items was a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter and jelly. I waited for like 8 minutes with no one else around but maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Not only was the wait ridiculous. I finally get the item and it didn’t have any jelly on it. I asked about the jelly and I then get told, oh we don’t have any; we looked around but there’s a Dunkin down the road who would have jelly.
So you’d expect me to PAY FOR ANOTHER BAGEL and to waste even more time and gas?!? At least let me know ahead of time that my bagel wasn’t going to be made right.
