Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

Whoever owns/operates this store should be apologizing to their staff for hanging them out to dry. Explain to me how you open a new location and don't have the manpower to cover the heavy weekend foot traffic (that should have been expected). My wife placed an online order with an eta of 6pm and I waited almost an extra hour for our food. The kids working the store were being pulled in a million different directions. I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. I watched atleast a half a dozen people cancel their orders while I waited. Not a good look. If you can't get enough people to cover a shift, you get in there yourself. It's called leadership and clearly it's lacking at this store. We won't be back...

I'm glad they open a little Caesars in my area I visited them four times already and service is great food always on time the best part is I meet the manager who I recognize from the Broad location so that means my food will be right,, I was so tired going to the Debbie Ln location they're just not care at all ,, I will tell all my friends and family about this...

I’m so glad they opened another LC in Mansfield. The one on Broad is always packed and the employees are swamped. This one is going towards Sam’s and a few miles from downtown Mansfield. Met the owner and he was very cool! Will be my go-to...
