McDonald's — Restaurant in Manteca

This place should be shut down. The management is HORRIBLE. I'm speaking to Casey or Kasey. I recently went to order inside, the cashiers are always nice and the people in the background are always on task but if there's a small issue, I always noticed Casey has this negative presence about her.

The way she talks or in this case "yells" at her employees. I worked as manager at both Burger King and Costco and this is NOT how managers should act! She treats new people like scum and they don't even receive proper training. For example, few months back at the drive through, the guy didn't know where a certain order was located. He asked for help and you could clearly hear her voice in the background. "You really need to start paying attention and speed things up! It's a simple task." I was utterly SHOCKED at what I heard.

I pulled up and told him it's fine and we all stumble on our first days. He told me he's been there a whole week and they haven't trained him on the machines and threw him in there as if he was supposed to know everything! I do not condone disrespect and I find the manager Casey to be a bully in some form. Mcdonalds should really pay close attention to who is training and who...

I happen to be in this McDonald’s one evening with a large group. And while trying to enjoy our visit we ended up waiting 39 minutes for our food. I personally witnessed the manger who I later found out was named Serena stand around and talked most of the time demanding a single employee who looked like high school age to run front lobby, drive through and fry machine completely alone. When she asked for help this so called manager said “ oh I can’t help you right now and got on the phone. 9pm who you calling? I coordinate a lot of senior events and bring a lot of business to this venue but will be making some calls if this is the way she thinks she can run her store. And go someplace else for our events. GM Amelia we met several occasions and you’re awesome but leaving this manager in charge needs to change. 👎🏻👎🏻 3 ppl 2 from drive through in that 30 minutes asked for refunds after waiting 40 minutes !...

We went here on Friday and they tried to not give me the two happy meals I had paid for. When I informed her I was missing one after waiting five minutes for her to open the window again, she asked if I was sure I had purchased two and to show my receipt. I showed her the receipt and then she asked which one I had gotten so she knows which one to get. I asked for barbecue sauce for my twenty piece nuggets and kids meal. She said she put it in the bag. She only gave me one for my whole order. No ketchup and the kids didn’t receive their ordered and paid for juice boxes. When I tried to call to see if I could come back and get them, their number goes to corporate and nobody would call me back. This place is an embarrassment to the franchise and should be shut down for its rude and incompetent staff who make mistakes and don’t want...
