BBQ Manville — Restaurant in Manville

Review is based on customer service. Not the food. I started ordering from here a few months ago and really liked it. I ordered today from grubhub and when I showed up to pick up my order, the woman said she received no grubhub orders. She held up the tablet to show me that there were no orders. I had to point out that the tablet screen was black and didn't look like it was turned on. She realized it was off and turned the power button on. Once the tablet was up and running, my order was there waiting. She did say sorry and told me to come back in 25 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and a different woman told me that they didn't have a grubhub order. I told her to check with the previous person. Here's why I went out of my way to write a bad review. The first woman that helped me was sitting off to the side and just yelled, "Canceled". She didn't have the courtesy to come over and help. She didn't even turn her head to acknowledge me. She just yelled that the order was canceled. I understand things happen. I didn't even mind that I had to come back. I just really wanted my food. I am just extremely disappointed at the way it was handled. If she was understanding and offered to still fill the order, I would've stop back again. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Horrible, horrible...

Ok, run here for the empanadas !!! They are so tasty, fresh, and humongous. 4.00 a piece and worth every penny! The tacos we ordered (Pollo) were good. I prefer a bit more flavor, but they were not bad! The waitress was very nice. I would definitely go back to try...
