When I was there at 3pm this past Saturday Oct 9, 2021, the 3 staff inside were in near to 20s and in their young 20s. No staff behind the counter took their initiative to come greet me at the inside Counter and take my order. I had to verbally call out to all 3 of the staff behind the counter to hopefully expect one of them to take my order. The one male staff (tall, brown haired) was tremendously rude to me at the Counter. He spoke softly behind the counter, so I could hardly hear him at all when he was taking my order as the customers behind me spoke louder (although a 10 feet distance away) than this male staff spoke to me. I told him (male staff) with the surround sound, I could hardly hear him. Then his immediate rude response was if, I don't care in what you are talking about "surround sound" as "I will walk away and I do not have to help you if you don't give your order to me right now." He said that same statement twice within 2 minutes of repeating it "I will walk away and I do not have to help you if you don't give your order to me right now." Then he walked away and left no-one at the counter to take my order. He went to the window drive thru window and just looked at me. Then I verbally asked this 20 ish age blonde haired Dunkin Donut staff who had not come right up the counter, but only came to the counter, when I asked her to. She took my order and handled my sale. However, she verbally refused to tell me, her male co-worker's name as none of them seemed to have a name tag on, to begin with. I asked her for her male co-worker's name as I want to tell his boss about his performance although there was no manager at the location at the time. This 20-ish age blonde haired Dunkin Donut staff verbally refused to give her male coworker's name to me as she said his name was private and not to be given out to customers. Then when I asked her when her boss, her Manager was going to be inside this Dunkin Donuts location again, she said that she did not really know. Then I asked her, maybe in morning shifts and only then, she said "yes." She also refused to give her name to me too. She said, that she could not answer any questions except take my order and sale as she is brand new there, but she personally felt that she could not give her first name nor her coworker's first name to me. I told her that I will tell her Manager about her male coworker's rudeness and her rudeness, plus put it on yelp. I was very disappointed in this new location's staff, as the previous Dunkin Donuts location staff were so professional and made myself and everyone who came in, feel treated well...
Read moreI've consistently enjoyed my Dunkin' Donuts orders at this location, but I must admit, the drive-thru experience leaves much to be desired. While I've never encountered any issues with the orders themselves, the layout of the drive-thru is a significant drawback.
The cobblestone path that separates the parking lot from the drive-thru is problematic, especially for larger vehicles. I wouldn't dare attempt to navigate my personal truck through it. This design flaw can lead to discomfort and potential damage for customers driving anything other than compact cars.
While the quality of the food and beverages remains consistent with Dunkin' Donuts' standards, the drive-thru's accessibility could use a major overhaul. If you're driving a smaller vehicle, you might not notice these issues, but for those with larger cars or trucks, this drive-thru can be a source of frustration. I hope the management considers improvements to make it more inclusive for all customers.
In November 2023, I updated my review to one star after pre-ordering via the mobile app. Upon arrival, I waited in line behind two cars without any movement for 10 minutes. After honking twice within 15 minutes, I received a response asking me to stop beeping. Despite the claim of being busy, I noticed there were no cars in the parking lot while I remained in the Drive-Thru. This experience deeply disappointed me, especially considering I have a long hour and a half ride home, where every minute counts, especially during rush...
Read moreOkay, I’m relieved to hear my poor experiences weren’t isolated to just me. Unfortunately, yes, there was a point when I was going a few times a week in the morning if I wasn’t going to Quick Check for my coffee. Almost every time, the service was horrible. The girl who works the drive thru window seemed so miserable to be there and it just didn’t give good vibes to start your morning with a miserable human being giving you your caffeine fix. When I order their signature lattes, it’s never made correctly and when I ask if the drink comes with whip cream, they state that all signature drinks come with whip cream. However, they won’t do it next time and make me seem like an annoyance for me trying to get what I pay for. I tried ordering a different drink in hopes that maybe my non-modified signature latte was asking too much, but then the drink I get is watered down. They can’t seem to get any of their drinks right. They also never carry all food options. For instance, they never carry the veggie egg bites. Why? Because apparently they don’t sell enough so the owner just stopped ordering it. I decided that going to this Dunkin’ was just not worth the horrendous customer service, the lack of options on their menu on items that the franchise owner decided wasn’t worth carrying, and the incorrectly made drinks which I would say occurs over 90%...
