Im from Maryland/Baltimore area, and I was craving an authentic East Coast sub. My aunt and cousin both said, " Go to Ike's." I was not disappointed, to say the least. Ike was friendly, down to earth, and we conversated the whole time as I waited for my sandwiches. I tried the manville and really hit the spot!! Warm bread, freshly sliced meat, and cheese. I got it dressed how I like it with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onions. The sandwich was really, really good it hit the spot, and these sandwiches are some of the biggest I've seen, and Im a chef in Texas. I will definitely be back next time in town.
