Taco Bell — Restaurant in Manville

OMG! Thank you so much for reminding me how much Taco Bell sucks! 😔 First of all I went here because it was NEW and I was hoping the food would be clean , fresh and better with a better experience. However, I was completely disappointed. The hard shell tacos were stale. How is that possible? The place is brand new with old stale stock? 🤢. I picked up my taco and the bottom of it fell off with the meat inside it. I tried eating the rest but I just couldn't do it. The quesadilla was a HORRIBLE soggy mess. Not even cut properly. I had the steak burrito to save my lunch and even that was a soggy subpar mess. The pricing was also astronomical. I paid $40 for a few tacos, a burrito and a quesadilla! Staff didn't even know what was available on the menu. 🤔 Never again to this NEW location or to Taco Bell in general. Just about 1 mile away is a local spot called Carnitas Taco Factory. 40 MINUTE WAIT AT THE DRIVE THRU!! This place is the worst! You're stuck if you go to the drive thru because your car is blocked in. As I sat there third in line with cars coming in behind me, I thought maybe a computer was down, maybe they had electrical issues? Nope. When I got to the window after 40(!!!) minutes, I asked the guy at window what the hold up was and he said "we only have two people in the kitchen" and he was the only cashier. I’ve only been here twice, but last time I got the Loaded Beef Nachos and I had never seen anything like it before. Everywhere else I go, they are LOADED. It’s actually insane. But at this location, I got chips drowning in nacho cheese with something I could barely call a dollop of guacamole (same for the sour cream) and some beans and beef loosely scattered around.
