Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maple Heights

I don’t usually write reviews, but you all need to be warned. This place is staffed with the rudest, slowest, and most unprofessional people I have seen in any restaurant. They had more than four people working after bar close on a Saturday and only 2 cars in line in front as we pulled in. And yet, they took over 20 minutes to take the order! Then, while in the middle of finally placing the order, they told us to wait. We waited for several minutes and they weren’t responding (we decided to just go with whatever was already on the screen and be done at that point), so we pulled around to window to tell them that we were done ordering. That didn’t seem to please them, because the “manager” on duty came to the window with an attitude and saying “I told you 3 times to wait”. They didn’t, but whatever. Then, they said that we’d have to pull around to the end of the line if we wanted to order since we pulled to the window before completing the order! Once we said we were actually done ordering and just wanted what was already requested, they grudgingly took payment and proceeded with the order. After returning the credit card, the individual working the window slammed the window in disgust and proceeded to complain about something to the manager in a very animated manner. A minute later, this window worker with an attitude came back and asked for the credit card back, which seemed odd. It was handed over to “it” (sorry, but have no clue if it was a guy or a girl) and they proceeded to state that they were refunding our money and we could go to another Taco Bell! What?!?! When I drove up on my break. I pulled up starving I hadn’t eaten all day. Beginning at the order the man was sarcastic and dismissive and condescending. The men at the window behaved as if putting my my dood in my hands was disruptive and that they were out upon. My friend attempted complimenting for what she deemed as patience and I saw as passive aggressive acerbic nature odd the order taker. The man who filled the order and cashed is out said that he , “ Didnt care if we ever returned.” This was his response to us checking the order before we pulled of and realizing that they forgot two beverages and a whole bag of food. We were chill but just bringing it to their awareness. The service with a side of disdain would have been one thing. But our order felt like it had been someone else’s order sitting around. It was stale, mushy and cold. We ordered a 1 combo and Supreme Deluxe box there was no box and nothing was supreme, which to us was shocking. They had no other sauces save mild ( which isn't the worse thing). And a messed up drink order would have been cool however, the drink needed the syrup switched up. I just took a cola and kept it moving. But I found the food rancid and unfit for consumption and being treated with disdain after being patient , complimentary and even with my buddy tipping to be extremely unprofessional and the disrespect was uncalled for! Absolutely no customer service skills at all. No Manager never came to the front counter to tell waiting customers one moment. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting then the young man who was preparing food, drops off some orders then asks us to use the kiosk because it's gonna be awhile. Only person that acknowledged customers. Young lady in the drive thru stood at the window for 9 min and 26 secs. Just kept looking at the front counter line and never took an order. Just kept filling sauce packets in bins at her station. Which clearly she knows how to place and order because she is wearing a headset. Management should have told her to take an order at the counter while drive thru was not moving at all. She was mopping the floor when I came in, and never washed her hands before filling the station which people will touch those packets while they eat. Can't imagine what else unsanitary they are doing. Just terrible. I left and went to mr chicken. Really wanted tacos but i guess it wasn't meant. Definitely not going back there and will spread the news of the awful service. Need better management or just close down. Never would a good manager who cares have let an employee stand there while customers waited. At least 10+ people in lobby. Sad service to...
