I would actually say food was 4 stars but the way things happened, I give it a 2. We ordered, nice and simple and easy. However we were asked to park in a parking spot since our order was slightly big. The cashier said 4mins, cool no problem. However we waited for 10mins and to top it off when our food was coming, they don't check receipts to see who ordered what. Our order ended up being taken by someone else. By the way. They ordered a 12pc family meal and they got our 16pc family meal. All of that could of been avoided by simply checking receipts. But no, the other car figured they would lie and take extra food. My husband ended up having to go walk inside the restaurant when the guy came out asking if we ordered a 12pc family meal. All you had to do was check freaking receipts but I guess that was too difficult. Also he was walking so slow to do things as well and looked lost at what he was doing. We ended up getting our full order only because my husband had to go inside and call their attention. So the service was poor after we ordered. I suggest you tell your employees to start checking receipts when it comes to making sure orders are correct if you have people waiting in the parking lot. Also it wouldn't hurt to have 2-3 parking spaces assigned for this purpose and correctly labels. If Macdonalds and Burger King can do it, I'm sure KFC can too. Read moreThis is a horrible place to purchase food at, I had an online order I waited in the drive-thru for 15 mins before I got to the intercom, I let them know I have an online order, I then pull to the window, to get my order, I ask for hot sauce, she gives me 4 pks, so then I ask only 4 pks for 12 pieces of chicken, she goes to say, I can only give 4, so I ask for more she throws the pks I ask for at me in my car, so I then pull in a parking space to go in, go to ask to speak to a manager and the manager goes in on me telling me im wrong for coming in, and I need to leave cause I'm threatening her employee, they proceed to call the police and tell the police that I was fighting in the store, what lies they told all I wanted was a receipt and to know if they were a franchise or corporate establishment, and on top of all that I get home with the chicken and they didn't even get the order right, I will never ever purchase anything from this KFC again as long as the stay in business.
