
I was skeptical about going to begin with because I had tried this place twice before and was less than impressed! This last time, I was a craving decent chicken fingers but I was willing to settle for tenders. I asked the cashier what their tenders were like and if they were more flat or just chunky pieces of chicken. The lady said they werenāt flat but they were good chunky either. Told them I was from Buffalo and showed them a picture of what I was looking for. The cook just walked away uninterested completely rather than sticking around to make what I was requesting. I ordered Buffalo lemon pepper and they were the absolute WORST tenders Iāve ever had! Not only were they chunky but they were small and they tasted and looked like they sauced the tenders in vinegar then dumped a ton of lemon pepper seasoning on top!! They were so small I should have just got wing dings ā¦. Couldnāt taste any Buffalo sauce and I could have dumped lemon pepper seasoning on them myself at home! There was so much seasoning on the top that I didnāt care that there was none on the bottom. I was only able to stomach one of the tenders and that was only because I had the ranch dressing; which I had to settle for because their charging $1.50 for the worst blue cheese dressing on the market (Kenās)ā¦. Better off making it in house if the goal is to save money. I wonāt be backā¦. Have the whole container awayā¦. The only reason they got the stars they got from me is because they clearly hired a new girl at the register because her service was as friendly and helpfulā¦. Too bad her cook didnāt meet the expectations, I may not have been so annoyed if he at least acted like he cared. He was too busy flirting with the maple heights police officer picking up her...

There is no one at the register..everyone is in the back...when the employee finally came up... she the person ahead of me their food..they left.. So now..I have been waiting 10 minutes to be waited on... when the employee finally helps me.. she is rude.. and tries to tongue wrestle with me..I told her My name... she saysba different name..I tell her my name again.. she then says... we dont have an order for that name..I pulled my receipt out..then all of a sudden.. she says.."Ohhhh they are dropping your food now... Support Black Business Right.. okay So I wait another 10 minutes the lady acted like I was bothering her... I checked my food.. and noticed I didn't have the extra side of sauce that I ordered and paid for.. this chicken says. You have to mark that when you order.. I pulled my phone out again and showed her..I paid for extra sauce... not trying to be shady over 50 cent sauce...the best part is when I got to work and opened my food and moved the city rolls.. When I say those triflin people scorched my fries and hid them under the city rolls... Never again...And I Promise...Word of mouth is a mother...and I work in the medical field very close in proximity to this restaurant... I'll be sure to tell all my co workers in our next all staff meeting!!I need to post this pic.. I called them to place an order and they want to take my card information over the phoneš©. Sketchy, but okay I say thatās fine the rude girl taking the calls hung upš©. I figure must be my connection and call back. That was a mistake she put me on hold after the same āneed card infoā spiel. She left me on hold so long I ended up ordering it anyway online while she never came back to the phoneš©. In my order I asked for sauce on everything including the fries.
I get there and not only is the food not ready š© (even with additional time) but unfortunately, I ignored yet another red flag, their rudeness. Donāt judge me, I was hungry, already paid and after all this time I just wanted my food.They didnāt know what sauce I ordered and after I told them they then inform me I need to pay an extra dollar for the sauce. I show them I already paid for it online. Do they care? With all these red flags you already know. Nope! They want an additional dollar and say if I donāt pay they will remake the fries without the sauce. At this point they are getting 0 extra dollars out of me so I was petty and make them remake it on principle. To top it off the rude girl answering the phone says she should have worn a different shirt saying ātoday aināt the dayā to indicate āsheās not the oneā. No one cares about your day give me my food. I say all this to say they REALLY needed that dollar. They should look elsewhere, because I refuse to give them a penny I found...
