Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maple Shade Township

This morning I went and ordered my regular espresso coffee. I was asked to pull up and wait while they made it, no problem of course. However, when my drink was brought to me it room temperature. So i road back around and let the clerk know the coffee was cold and would like another. To my surprise i was handed a hair fill cup of coffee. So, again, I went back and went inside this time to let the clerk know there was hair in my coffee. I noticed the lady sweeping and the other associate behind the counter lock eyes and smirk at each other. I let the one behind the counter know that I wanted a refund and she called the one sweeping to let her know my request. The lady turned to me and stated " it wasn't and. hair when we brought it back out to you.'" I again requested a refund and she tried to tell me because its been a half an hour since i left that it wasn't possible. I requested the manager who was a little more reluctant to oblige me. This is a small Dunkin or whatever it's called now. The staff are courteous and professional. The store manager always greets me when I walk in. It's a bit hectic during the work week. I have been to other Dunkins, and I really like the service I get at this Dunkin location. If I mess up my order or forgot something, I am impressed they catch it. Say what you will, I can't imagine how busy it gets during the week and appreciate their hard work. People often tend to forget to focus on a positive transaction. Please believe the other poor reviews. The service here is terrible. They’re unnecessarily rude and the food and drinks are never right. I ordered a chai tea latte the didn’t add the tea portion and it was pure milk. I thought the drink looked really light, but kept going on about my day thinking I probably just needed to stir it. (Wrong) . Mind you they were rude to begin with when taking my order. I went here on another occasion and they closed at 6:30 vs 7pm as their hours said.
