I'll preface this review by saying that my party hostess, Christine was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and my party. My children had fun and she was awesome and attentive.
This place was chaotic and is run with a bunch of teenagers only caring about getting off the clock. I don't like being left in the dark about anything when I'm spending $400 on a birthday party. The booking process is hardly existent. I had to call the morning of my party just to figure out what was going on. I arrived to my guests and myself not knowing what was going on. When anyone asked for help behind the counter, they were met with "I'm not going to help you". Very Unprofessional.
I was extremely displeased with the staff at this location. My son is non-verbal autistic. He can't do things by himself. He can't be left alone. As soon as we arrived. he went to jump. First I was told that I can't be on the trampoline without the socks. Fair. I get it. I explained to monitor, Emily, that my son can't be left alone and someone was bringing me socks. She went and got her Manager, Matt. Matt charged up and told me "to get off the trampolines" and "You are not allowed to jump". I explained to Matt that my son is special needs and can't be left alone. He told me I haven't signed a waiver so I need to get off, loudly. This should have been explained to me at the sign in an check in process...which was non existent. I was furious. I went to the counter to talk to Matt and was met with raised voices and another teenager ganging on up on me while I was trying to complain to Matt, the manager. I've never been to a place where someone was so combative and unsympathetic to children with special needs. Instead of explaining the waiver and maybe having some kind of organization, he raised his voice, got combative with me, and gave me generic answers. I don't care if you've got spectrum nights on certain nights of the week. My kid is here now and he can't control his disability. This whole situation could have been avoided if there was more communication and patience from the staff.
I will never return to this place ever again. Matt shouldn't be in charge of an ant farm, let alone an amusement like this.I will be writing to corporate and the General Manager of this establishment,.For $400 I could have had pizza and an Xbox at my house with...
Read moreMy son is autistic. They would not allow me to assist my son on a trampoline that had nobody even around us. They told us he couldn’t jump. Then I would have another employee come over and apologize for the last employees comments to me and tell me it’s OK. I would have another employee come over to me and say no it’s not OK that we have to get off. I finally went and saw a manager and he told me that I’m sorry your son is autistic but if we allow you to assist him the other parents are going to want to assist their children’s and jump with their kids. For one I don’t know of one parent wanting to get on a trampoline and start jumping around with their kids. They take him there so they can sit down and watch them parents are tired enough we don’t want to go and jump around on a trampoline with our kids. But in order for my child to enjoy himself he needs assistance. Where we’re not hurting anybody or bothering anybody because there’s nobody even there. Their communication there is horrible and their discrimination is even worse. The manager had me for passes the come back but would not refund my money. Why would I need more passes if my children aren’t allowed to jump with assistance. If you have an autistic child or know somebodyWho is artistic you know how hard it is on everybody. I would ask everybody please not to go to sky zone to support my son Sean with autism because of there discrimination. Before I even bought my tickets I had asked them if it was OK for me to assist them and they asked me to buy a ticket in order to do so. So it’s not right that I start to help my son enjoy his time there for them to kick me off after I already paid after they said it was OK. And I have five different employees tell me something different each time well they just don’t know what they’re doing and I think their power goes...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of celebrating my 12-year-old daughter’s birthday at SkyZone Trampoline Park, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the team went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and unforgettable.
Our party host, Alana, was top-notch. Her attention to detail ensured that our private party room was immaculate and fully equipped for the group of 19 energetic kids. Alana was a master at multitasking—organizing the room, welcoming each child, and even securely stowing away the gifts. She was a godsend in helping us manage such a large group with ease.
The glow party package was a hit! Each child received a Neon jump shirt and special Jump socks, adding to the overall excitement. The glowing attire perfectly complemented the park’s vibrant, energetic atmosphere.
From trampolining to games, the activities were well-organized and provided endless fun for the kids. The staff took care of everything, allowing us parents to sit back, relax, and enjoy watching our children have the time of their lives.
In a nutshell, SkyZone Trampoline Park delivered a birthday experience that was both thrilling for the kids and stress-free for the adults. If you’re looking for a venue that combines fun, efficiency, and exceptional customer service, look no further. Thank you, SkyZone, for making my daughter’s birthday an event...
