McDonald's — Restaurant in Maplewood

Update 7/15/20: (tl;dr-gave them a second chance, screwed up my 1 item order once again)

Was driving by and saw that there were no cars in the drive-thru, figured I'd give them a second chance. Placed my order at the speaker in less than 10 seconds=perfect. Drive up to the pay window-nobody there. Waited a minute before someone came to take my money, not a big deal, this was about 2:30 so maybe a shift change? Drive up to the next window to grab (again, one item: large Diet Coke) my order and there is nobody there either, again, maybe shift change. A total of 5 employees made direct eye contact with me and then turned away. I could see my soda sitting inside the window. After at least 3 minutes the manager finally came over and handed me my drink. It was only 3/4 full AND (you guessed it, they screwed it up again!) it was REGULAR COKE! I cannot even comprehend the incompetence here, it is truly mind-boggling.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I waited in line in the drive-thru for 12 minutes without moving AT ALL. I would have reversed out of the drive-thru at this point except there was a car behind me. I finally was able to order and then waited another 8 minutes for the two cars in front of me to be able to pay. I then waited another 4 minutes for those cars before I received my order. I ordered one item: a large Diet Coke. After waiting a full 24 minutes in the drive-thru, I realized as I was pulling out of the driveway that they had given me REGULAR Coke. I waited 24 minutes for one item, a soda no less, and they still figured out a way to mess that up! I will never go back here. There is a McDonald's on the other side of 94 that might be further away but I will happily drive the distance just to get...

I DONT KNOW ANY PLACE THAT WOULD HAVE JUST AS BAD AS CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THIS PLACE, I DONT MIND THE FACT THAT THERE ARE MAINLY TEENAGERS WORKING THERE, BUT SERIOUSLY??? WHEN ME AND MY MOTHER ARRIVED SHE ORDERED A 4 PEICE CHICKEN NUGGET MEAL AND LITERALLY THAT WAS IT, WE GOT ASKED TO GO DRIVE TO THE WAITING AS WE DID SO, WE’VE LITERALLY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR WITHOUT IT BEING THAT BUSY AT ALL. SO MY MOM BEGINS TO CALL AND ASK IF THEY FORGOT ABOUT HER FOOD BECAUSE SHE STILL AT THIS POINT HAS NOT RECEIVED IT, AND WHAT THEY REPLY WITH IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL MOST DISGUSTING ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER BEEN CONNECTED TO WITH ANY TYPE OF RESTAURANT. THE EMPLOYEE LITERALLY TOLD MY MOM TO “STOP BEING A LAZY B!TCH AND COME GET HER FOOD HERSELF” AT THIS POINT MY MOM WAS SO SHOCKED SHE DIDNT EVEN WANT HER FOOD ANYMORE SO THAT WAS MONEY TO WASTE...FIRST OF ALL I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU GUYS HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS AFTER THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND DISGUST ME BECAUSE SHORTLY AFTER SHE CALLED MANAGEMENT, AND ALL MANAGEMENT REPLIED WITH WAS “I’m sorry ma’am but it was your decision to leave without your food.” WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE AND IK MY MOM WILL NOT BE THE TYPE TO JUST SIT THERE AND GET TREATED THE WAY SHE DID, SO IM SPEAKING UP FOR HER, I AM MY MOTHERS DAUGHTER AND AS FOR THIS OUT OF HER KIND HEART SHE DID NOT DESERVE THIS. There are really only 6 things that matter at a fast food joint. They are are accuracy of order, how quick does your order come up, food is hot/fresh courteous staff, clean bathrooms, clean dinning area. This place has great staff 98 percent of the time. Like really great. Smiling, happy, nice. I have encountered a couple that obviously did not want to be at work that day but it's rare. The food is fresh/ hot basically all the time but I have had to go in on occasion because they forgot an item or two from my order at the drive through. They are pretty fast, even when you have to pull ahead because you ordered 5 large fries it's usually just a minute. The dinning room is relatively clean. In my experience the bathrooms are cleaner and smell better than the dining area. I don't think it's a staff issue. I think it's because people leave their trays on the tables and throw trash everywhere. Its the customers at fault for this. As far as a McD's goes, this one is my preferred location and I have a couple others that are about of equal distance and I choose this one if...
