I visited this establishment today after receiving a recommendation to try it. I ordered a hot coffee and a sweet treat, but upon reaching the coffee station, I noticed there was no milk available. I requested a refill, and instead of simply refilling the milk, the owner decided to pour it directly into my already full cup. With my hands full, I struggled to secure the lid in time, and hot coffee spilled onto my hands.
A customer in line saw what happened and showed more concern for me than the owner did. I immediately moved out the way to dry my hands and she continued to ring up the next customer, offering no acknowledgment for the incident. She didn’t inquire whether I was okay, nor did she offer to replace my coffee.
I returned to my car, but the pain in my fingers soon intensified. My husband saw me and told me to go back inside and get some ice, as we were a distance from home. When I returned and asked for ice to alleviate the burn, there was no sign of empathy or acknowledgment from the owner.
Given the lack of care and attention I won’t be returning, nor will I be recommending this...
Read moreWe recently got cupcakes from Palmer's Bakehouse for our kid’s birthday party, Funfetti cake topped with a chocolate/vanilla buttercream, and rainbow sprinkles. Usually, our kid only eats on the frosting when it comes to cupcakes, but with Palmer's, he devoured the entire cupcake.
Let's talk about the buttercream—silky, rich, and perfectly balanced, it's the kind of frosting dreams are made of. It complements the cake in a way that elevates the whole experience, creating a bite that is nothing short of heavenly. And the cake itself? Moist, flavorful, and remarkably consistent in quality, it’s clearly baked with skill and love.
It's obvious that a lot of care and expertise goes into crafting these treats. The level of skill here is top-notch, and it shows in every single bite.
Palmer's Bakehousr sets the bar high for bakeries everywhere. Their outstanding cakes and cupcakes are sure to make any event more special. Do yourself a favor and don't miss out on this...

It’s not unacceptable to pawn days old food off on customers pretending it’s fresh. I was really annoyed when I got home and realized. But it was too late to go back as I had made a special tripl to try out the bakery and don’t live close by. The corn muffin was just ok. Nothing special. The service was terrible. The lady was rude to me and in hindsight I should have left before even purchasing given the feeling that I was bothering the staff and given the bakery was completely empty. I...
