Did a pick up order and half the order was absolutely terrible. Fish and chips were greasy, undercooked and soggy, the Irish soup was not great either ( French onion) hardly any cheese or bread, mostly broth and onions. This was Very disappointing, not to mention I called to speak with a manager and the hostess was down right RUDE , she told me there’s nothing she can do about it because they’re busy. Very unfortunate because we have eaten here many times and it’s been great but tonight it was so very bad and no help or refund! The hostess said to email the restaurant because a manager was busy too lol. We’re moving tomorrow so not alot of time to be running food back 15 minutes away because they didn’t cook it properly which the hostess said… bring it back in her snobby rude tone. UPDATE 3/9 STILL NO RESPONSE and seeing that the fish wasn’t cooked properly I definitely would not order the fish and chips.
