REDS TACOS & MORE — Restaurant in Marana

We were there few weeks ago and had a really bad experience with the service, even though, we wanted to give them a second chance today because we really like Sonoran hotdogs and there are not a lot of options in the area. Today we confirmed that the service sucks, specially the guy at front (with long hair). He did not greet me nor responded to any of the questions that I asked, he just stand up in front of me waiting for the order. After I paid for two Sonoran hotdogs, he told me that the waiting time was 10 minutes (I think is too much time to prepare 2 hot dogs, but I understood). We waited for about 20 minutes and nothing, I went up to counter and ask about my order, the same guy basically ignored me and went back to the kitchen. Another the cook brought up an order which happened to be 2 sonoran hot dogs, I grabbed it and headed when the guy with long hair yelled at me “do have the pager" (which he didn't give me). Before I start I want to say that I have gone to the food truck and this location when it first opened. The tacos at the food truck are amazing and love to go and eat when I can. but it is out of the way so when this location was opened I excited. The soft launch had good tacos and I was happy to have this place near me now. However every time I have gone afterwards has been a disappointment. I understand that the foot traffic is not there but the quality and pride in the food is not there anymore. The service is not great and somehow my orders are never correct. Since most of my orders are take home it is pointless to drive back and complain or try to get the correct order. Moving forward I recommend people to find the red food truck if they want some good food and avoid this...

Was excited to try this place. Sadly decided not to even try. As we were in line at rich chicken for our kids, we were lookingbover watching reds... The lady handling food with gloves was touching tons of things like a broom and dust pan with put switching gloves. One lady was taking what looked like older cooked hot dogs and taking the bacon off and wrapping them in new bacon....like they were yesterday's. Then nothing seemed fresh they had meats in deep pans on the stove with foil on top. The place flat out seemed unsanitary and as if it was screaming food poisoning. I wanna see fresh...
