Lee | Wrangler — Local services in Marana

Very poor customer service at this location. I Watched a shopper whom was also a disabled person get refused by attented to bring clothing into dressing room. Shawn or Sean not sure how he spelled his name. He Informed this disabled person of all the store rules for the dressing room. "You can't take the cart into the dressing room",he said. "You can't take more than six items" , he told the shopper. After a manager was requested from the shopper they gave them assistance.. The shopper was clam but they voice they were angry and confused they were. How rude is this Lee Wrangler to not assist a shopper disabled or not. Unless a manger is called to come over. What the hippo?? I'm really considering never shopping there again. What about you Tucson customer(s ) or out of Towner's? Would you shop at a store that refuses to assist? Take in mind he wasn't doing anything but standing at his little counter moving his mouth muscles being a mouth breather. Good grief...

It used to be a decent place to find some good deals, but lately, prices have gone up more they started carrying expensive items, the store is always a mess all the staff seems defeated and broken, the times ive come in ive heard them mention a new manager that makes it unbearable cuz she nakes them feel worthless and the company just ignores any issues and it shows with how down trodden the staff seem and with the recent price hikes its sad the store used to be really nice and organized and now it just feels like another out of touch corporate greed factory that doesnt care about its customers...

I drove from PHX to come here as Vanity Fair closed in Mesa. The VF outlet had a sign posted to direct us to Tuscon. . Never again. Such a wasted drive. Expected to be like Vanity Fair and the prices were way higher and hardly no sales and mother's day is coming up. Very weak sales.The store is catered to men. The styles are limited and not alot of options. I can get cheaper Lee Capri pants at a department store with sales and coupons. This store is mainly pants and shirts.This is supposed to be an outlet but yet pants were 26.99. Really.I won't be back I don't care for Lee Wrangler...
