Sbarro — Restaurant in Marana

Today 12-03-21 I took my daughter to her favorite pizza place. She didn't like one if her cheese slices because she said it tasted old and I told her I would get her another slice. I went up to asked for one and the guy put it in to heat up. Then he took out another fresh pizza. I asked can I have a piece of that one instead? He rolled his eyes at me. And I asked him "Are you rolling your eyes at me?" He ignored me. His General manager was right there and I asked him are you going to say anything or apologize. He said no he didn't see him roll his eyes with lots of attitude. And then he said fine I will talk to him later. The eye roller came over and said if I rolled my eyes I'm sorry. NO! NOT ACCEPTED SINCE HIS APOLOGY WAS WITH ATTITUDE. I was not even trying to get a refund on the first piece. I was just going to order another. I hate asking for refunds on food so I never do. Keep in mind this was the general manager and the team lead behaving this way. I am I'm the business of customer service and sales. I would never tolerate anyone treating a client/customer like that. Food was okay but the service was terrible. The lady in the store has an attitude and she behaves like I owe her a million dollar. I went there for a Spinch Stromboli and a slice of Pizza Hawaii, and they were overpriced. They also gave me a hard time checking out. Their card reader is so old fashioned that I could not use chip or Apple Pay. I had to go back to my car in a 100 degree summer to grab another card, and the rude lady asked me to wait in the line again. Bu the time I finished my shopping my food was already cold, and they refused to heat I up again. Moreover they didn’t have me any napkin so I have to go back to ask for few! You have to order your own individual pizza if you want fresh. The stuff sitting under the heat lamp is usually dried up looking. The girl that is always there definitely has no customer service skills. I'm sure her bad attitude has lost you business. Why does no one ever answer the phone? Why does it always close early when it's supposed to close at 7:00? I've been there at 5:45 and no one's there. The last large pepperoni pizza I bought was horrible.
