I am normally not one to leave a review BUT here is my experience. I went in on 1/1/24 to be exact. I purchased a purse and wallet for my daughter. It was about 3-4pm, we did not arrive home until after dark that’s when I proceeded to cut all the tags off for her. The next day she was going to use it and we noticed that there was some black marks like marks that you get when the bag rubs against your clothes so I went back on 1/5/24 to see if they can do an exchange, I did not want my money back I just wanted to replace the bag for one that was not damaged (as she was not the one that damaged it that’s how we purchased it unknowingly) I walked in and spoke to a lady worker, she proceeded to ask her manager (JADE) If it was possible to do an exchange. Jade walked up to us, grabbed the bag and said NO we cannot do anything about this. We do not sell bags like this “meaning they would not sell a bag that had marks on it” I guess. Mind you I did have all of the tags and receipt with the bag. They did sell me that bag like that. It was a very busy shopping day. There was a young man that checked us out that was trying to work quickly to get the line down. He missed it, I missed it, we missed it. It was missed somewhere in the transaction. This lady Jade that calls herself a manager was absolutely rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. On top of this horrible experience that I had at the Michael Kors outlet. I am a single, It’s not often that I get to treat my children to a Michael Kors purse so I was very grateful that I was able to do this for my daughter. It is very unfortunate I was not able to get the help that I needed at the store. I did reach out to corporate and I’m waiting for a response. Navigating through the diverse array of products while on a FaceTime call with my wife proved to be a bit challenging. Sensing my growing frustration, a wonderful staff member—whose name unfortunately escapes me—graciously stepped in to assist.
This employee immediately engaged in a conversation with my wife over FaceTime, skillfully narrowing down her preferences to a selection of items that met her approval. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff member's professionalism, friendliness, and courteous manner. She saved me from an exhaustive back-and-forth dialogue with my wife, allowing me to focus on finalizing the purchase.
The exceptional service I received has assured me that I'll be returning to this Michael Kors location the next time I'm in Tucson. I wholeheartedly recommend this outlet to anyone in search of quality products and top-notch...

I have shopped here several times over the past year and keep going back because there isn't another outlet near me. Sometime I wait to shop at the one in Chandler or the Glendale outlets based on if I know I will be heading to the Phoenix area from Tucson. The service there is great. They wait on every customer not just the ones that are dressed like they have the means to afford the product. You can tell they are commissions driven based on interaction with the customers.
