I walked in the store to bring my belt that i had bought previously. I had to get it sized . some person wants to come and wants to help and act like they know what they are doing . They took my belt didnât even measure me and i was distracted by the other employees talking to me that when they came back the belt was cut already the belt was so small it didnât even fit me . I felt fat shamed they tried forcing the belt to fit on me knowing it was way too small for me .They then brought out the supervisor ariana /adriana extremely horrifyingly rude to me . Did not want to fix the problem didnât even want to refund my belt or even give me a new one since they were the ones that messed up my belt . Then i started walking around the store because i really wanted a belt and was going to shop more even after terrible customer service .i felt discriminated they thought i was going to steal then they said they were going to call security . terrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE . id rather drive two...

I chose Coach specifically because I believed it was a brand known for craftsmanship and durabilityâbut the leather strap on my bag is already ripping and tearing apart with normal use.
Whatâs even more frustrating is when I brought the bag into the Coach store to ask about repairs, I was told it would cost $200 to fix it. For a brand that markets itself on quality and luxury, I expected far better treatmentâespecially for an issue that clearly reflects poor product durability rather than user damage.

The woman at the register insisted on seeing my ID even though I was using my credit card and the total was so low. I showed her my ID and she didnât bother even looking at my credit card to match the names. So what was the point of Looking at my ID in the first place? It made me feel like she thought I was some sort of criminal or something. I donât appreciate that and wonât be back to...
