On the night of Wednesday, July 9th at approximately 10:00 PM, I went through the drive-thru where I was met with hostility from an older black female employee, who I believe may be Haitian based on her strong accent. I suspect she was either a manager or assistant manager, as she was dressed in a scarf and a nicer shirt than the standard uniform.
From the moment I pulled up to the window, she was rude and dismissive. She didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word, didn’t confirm my total — she just gave me a cold look and took my card silently. When she handed me my food, she suddenly accused me of “snatching” the bag from her. I absolutely did not — I simply grabbed the bag firmly since I wasn’t parked close enough to the window and didn’t want to drop it.
She then began making rude, racially charged comments, including “you don’t understand,” as if I didn’t speak English. I am Hispanic and do clearly understand English, so this felt both discriminatory and hypocritical given that she herself had a very heavy accent. The implication was insulting, offensive, and frankly racist.
When I asked for her name to report her behavior, she became extremely aggressive. She yelled, “I’m not telling you anything — you don’t need to know my name, we’re not friends,” and slammed the drive-thru window shut before walking away. She was not wearing a name tag, making it impossible to identify her.
This woman’s behavior was volatile, hostile, and completely unacceptable — especially for someone who appears to be in a leadership position. I was calm and respectful during the interaction and did nothing to provoke such treatment. It is unacceptable to have someone so unprofessional and quick to lash out working in a customer service role.
I hope McDonald’s takes this matter seriously. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment — especially when it's potentially racially motivated. I am requesting that this complaint be formally reviewed...

HOW does this location have 2 stars!? The absolute WORST service I have ever got a fast food restaurant. For the amount of time it took for me to get a McChicken, I could’ve sat and had a 3 course meal WITH dessert. The drive thru was down and they didn’t have a sign to say so. I sat waiting to order for 20 mins. I couldn’t reverse and attempted to order at the window since I was not dressed appropriately. There went ANOTHER 25 mins! The line isn’t moving at all nor is there any movement going on in the front cars so I go in. I was able to order quickly because of the kiosks. I know some who didn’t use the kiosk waited 15 mins to order. Anyways, my food is ordered so I get my cups to get my drinks. NONE of the drinks that I wanted had anything in them!!! It reaches 15 mins of waiting for my food. I tried to talk to the manager to get my money back so I can go. He stood around doing nothing. There were 3 kids standing not doing anything and playing on their phones. There was a kid in the back who was creepily staring at me and another woman. It made both of us extremely uncomfortable. I finally got my food after waiting for 39 mins from the time that I ordered. My food ended up being wrong too. Self-order kiosk was trying to charge me over $11 for two Sausage McMuffins ($1/ea) & a large coke. Switched to a different kiosk & placed the order (which was out of receipt paper of course) - just to recieve only one of the two McMuffins. Waited WELL over 10 min for the second one (no exaggeration).
Food was never delivered to the table even though I had a table number. I'm disabled walking with a cane & still told that I had to come get the order myself which defeats the purpose of the self-pay kiosk system.
By the time I received my entire order the original McMuffin was cold, & the newer second sandwich was hard & just terrible.
Even though I remained polite throughout I was never given an apology of any kind. The employees honestly didn't seem to care at all about my experience or anyone else's - I was not the only person who was having a bad experience... Most customers were rumbling & complaining.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. NONE of the employees seemed to care one bit about the customer's experience.
