One of the worst experiences I’ve had in retail. I will never purchase another product from Royal furniture in Marathon. I’m new to the area and furnishing a home. Started with a couch from royal. Couch showed up with a cut in the leather. I immediately called and they said they’re going to change it out with another new couch. Total lie. They brought me the used demo model from the showroom. I asked to at minimum keep my new cushions so that we don’t have used ones in our home. He again told me it was a new couch and the manager said they couldn’t allow me to keep new cushions. You might ask how I know it’s a used couch? The one they brought second was not wrapped in plastic like the original one and was clearly warn. Second I returned to the store and there was the couch with that cut in the lobby. (Still sitting there today) Lies, deception, and totally not helpful. I’d stay away from this place, even if you have to drive little further at minimum you’ll be doing business with honest people. Please don’t support these...

Nice show room BUT… overpriced for quality you get. Our palm print, $1,500.00 "sleeper" we bought was terribly uncomfortable within the first few months. First, the seat cushions are now too small and the density of foam has not proven dense enough. Ironic for a sofa but it was just cheaply made. Seat cushions compressed and shift all the time.They are short! Second, after being assured that the beds in sleeper sofas are better quality & more comfortable than before (10 yrs ago) ...The bed portion is unusable due to the fact it bows towards the centre! It's worse that trying to sleep in a hammock. Future shoppers: Even if it seems inconvenient, please try out all aspects of furniture you may buy & if not satisfied don't get pressured into buying then and there. Buy used until better product is available …somewhere else. Sadly, we will never recommend nor shop...

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 20 years and have never been disappointed with their inventory or service. I once bought a bedroom dresser and more than five years later had problems with a drawer. I stopped in to discuss the issue, was willing to pay for a repair and was surprised and grateful, that after all those years, they stood by their product and sent a service team to make the repairs at no cost. How great is that? More recently we purchased a mattress that had an unpleasant oder that didn’t dissipate after a few days. Once again, I stopped in to discuss the situation and was delighted with the resolution to have a replacement delivered. Not everyone looks for or wants the same things when shopping here in the Keys but I look for and appreciate the quality, service, and integrity I’ve found at...
