Not to mention the goal, your work quality speaks for itself upon delivery of my PC, it works better than expected, and you even corrected some issues I no longer remembered worked. Your knowledge and support is beyond what is normally found in businesses today. Giving me direction based on what my needs and desires are, like in my next venture where I need to increase my storage, and your willingness to help guide me in areas of technology where I am comfortable, not where you want me to go. Your choice of action and interaction make me feel that you CARE ABOUT ME and what my needs are in giving me a PC that hums to run my photography business. Your informative in what will happen and what to expect, extra tips such as returning my original hard drive so that if something is missing you can correct it as an after-fact. The fact that you deliver product without payment, is incomprehensible these days. Your desire to make sure I was happy before I paid, shows your confidence in your work and your pride in delivering to customer expectations. Your knowledge of the PC world and what we as your customers can face is evident as you discuss our concerns with us. Your mindfulness of my costs, in the entire process, is something also a rarity and shows your true concern for a happy customer. I appreciate this more than you can understand, especially in today's uncertainty of what is happening around us. Your patience with me, as I ask what in your world would be very basic sets of knowledge, and willing to listen and give your advice are certainly great traits that speak highly to, us, your older customer base. Your attentiveness to me as a customer, and your timeliness of delivery are great assets. In my years of PC use, this is TRULY a rare trait shown to customers in the PC repair and support world these days. Believe me I have received many fixed issues, but the attitude that I was stupid to have allowed the issue to occur in the first place, has caused me to continually seek new PC support options. And always in the past in these situations of needed PC assistance, before working with you, I have been disappointed in the lack of service, lack of resolve, countless hours spent, and all at the cost of dollars not well spent.

My Apple iMac desktop computer was hacked through my cable modem router. Tyler made a house call to pick up my damaged computer and then delivered it back to me completely repaired. Tyler removed over 150 viruses, malware, and spyware. Just because you have a Mac, don't think, like I used to, it can't get a virus. It can! Tyler added a state of-the- art antivirus, VPN, and cleaner for my Mac. He also upgraded me to the latest macOS Mojave operating system and he even included a new cable modem router with double firewall protection, which along with the IP address, antivirus protection, and VPN provide total security. Tyler even worked with my cable provider on the phone to install the new cable modem router. Lastly, Tyler was amazingly responsive and arrived at my home office less than 15 minutes after my first phone call. During the repair, which took a few days, Tyler continually kept me informed by phone and text of the progress of the repair. I found Tyler and Marco Island Computers through a Google search and decided to call because of the stellar reviews. Boy, was I glad I did!
I left a message and he called back within 15 minutes. He literally talked me down off of a ledge. I brought my iMac in and it was DOA because of a worn out HD and a blown-out Logic Board. Tyler explained everything to me in plain English so I could understand what was going on.
Needless to say, I am typing this on my lightning-fast iMac and we even had Tyler give my husband's MacBook a tune-up -- which is now lightning fast again as well.
