Big Daddy's Pizza & Subs | Margate Pizza Delivery and Take-Out — Restaurant in Margate

I'm leaving a review mostly to remind myself next time I want to order pizza from here - the pizza was great! Everything else wasn't. One employee wasn't wearing a mask and the guy making the pizza had it below his nose and the guy on the phone had his mask below his mouth. This isn't how masks work.

We ordered a bundle, the Antipasto salad was a box of lettuce with 3 tomato slices and 3 cucumber slices a few olives and possibly two slices of cheese. (I requested no meat, I got a box of lettuce, meh) I also asked for extra garlic on my rolls, they didn't charge for it, they didn't add it, the garlic rolls were burnt and the soda was flat.

If I order from here again, pizza only. I would still recommend the pizza actually, just nothing else.

Edited to 4 stars since the owner spoke to me and personally apologized for everything. I do appreciate good customer service and supporting small business.

Edit #2 - I really wanted to give a better review after speaking to the owner... they replaced what went wrong in the last order and gave us some free powdered covered donuts as well. Those were the bomb, and I highly recommend them along with the pizza. I cannot recommend the salad or garlic rolls though. Again, I asked for extra garlic, this is not extra in any way! (I included pics this time) I want to taste garlic, not bread when it comes to garlic rolls, these don't cut it! At least they weren't burnt this time. And the salad, this was supposed to be a $10 Antipasto salad, minus the meat - they added an extra cucumber and tomato, a few more olives and onions BUT FORGOT THE CHEESE 🤦‍♀️I'm simply unimpressed, what was the point of replacing my order incorrectly 🤷‍♀️ The owner stressed he wants this place to be known as an Italian Restaurant not just a pizza place, but it's good pizza and meh...

Order Subs here all the time because they use Boars Head meats. I get the same everytime. Already made a review 7 months ago for this same reason. I order a Turket and cheese sub. Extra meat, Lettuce, mayo and black pepper. This picture is of their $15. Extra meat sub. The last 4 I have ordered were 4 times the meat that this one has. Literally it's about 3 slices thick. If I want a little sub I will goto subway and pay $6 for the same. Called and Neal (Owner) said he will remake it and send it over, that was at 6:16pm it's now 8:22. I called 35 mins ago band was told it was on the way. 20 mins no food called again and was told they forgot.. 2 HOURS plus the original time. RIDICULOUS for an ok sub. Thinking this will be my last order from here as I worked all day and just wanted a simple Sub and they just can't seem to stay consistent with how it's made. Man I miss living near Lou's Subs. 1st time ordering from this place and never will I order again from them these reviews must be paid for or something because Pizza was so soggy to when u pick it up half of the pizza just falls right down u cant even hold it the right way it also needed to be cook more you can taste that it was under cooked because it was also doughy and chewy, the Garlic rows was not fully cooked you can't even pull it apart because it was half raw u cam see the dough like if ur making biscuits wasn't cooked right/ at all just like if they just put the sauce on top then out chicken wings was just burnt like if they just forgot them u can use it like a rock had to call it In and i was ask if I know how food supposed to look or if I even know how raw food is like if I was dumb and dont know the difference from cook and raw pizza and garlic rows dough I will never order from this place again apparently you cant go by reviews because they are a lie. Sucks when your trying to find a new place to eat from but then you get this because you go by people reviews that are lies just never again...
