Tase: Smoothie, Sugar Cane & Coconut — Restaurant in Margate

I’ve been getting coconut water from this vendor Tase for a couple of years on and off. I have been to the Walmart parking location lot and the location in margate. I had stopped going to the Margate location because of the very low negative energy from the staff there but I must say he finally hired someone who acted as if she was there for a purpose. I have been going to the Walmart parking lot location recently, only open Saturday and Sundays, closer to home. I haven’t been for a couple of months but went on Saturday. Previously they would offer the customer the coconut jelly, which mostly get thrown out anyway. They didn’t offer it on Saturday and I forgot to ask. I called the owner who refused to allow me to pick some up from the store because he wasn’t there on Saturday, so he doesn’t know if I was there. He said I could pay $5 at the store for each bag. I was trying to negotiate with him, I just bought 6 bottles of coconut water, sent him the electronic receipt and he hung up on me while I was sending the receipt, I tried calling back but he did not pick up. I don’t understand, why loose a customer over something you won’t be using anyway I mean they throw most of it out. Maybe he was having a bad day but it doesn’t feel good to get hung up on in the middle...

My cousin recommended this place. I came here on a Saturday morning not busy at all there’s parking and it’s right next to the main road.

The lady was some what rude like no greetings no customer service and said hello and she looked at my crazy.

I asked if she had count jelly she was like not by itself.. ma’am that’s not how you sell your business. 🙄

It was $8 for the jelly with coconut water and $3 for a small mango.

Idk if I’d come back cause there’s people who sell coconut jelly with water from their backyards or even the acreage with better attitudes...

Coconut water tasted watered down. Wait, watered down water?? I vow to not buy coconut water unless I see them literally cutting it open at the time of purchase. You actually might see them cutting coconuts in the back but that doesn’t mean that’s the water they’re giving you. When i ordered, they gave me a pre-made bottle with who knows what.
