Around 2 moths ago, I entered the store, asking them to fix the back glass on my Iphone 13 plus, knowing that they were one of the only repair stores around my area that could do that. The incompetent worker (named Chris but goes by Pinky) managed to somehow drop a piece of broken glass in a port in my phone that held the battery to my phone and ended up completely destroying the motherboard of the phone. Ever since then, I have needed to relinquish that phone to their "micro-soldering team" whilst they gave me a replacement phone to use. A month or so after this debacle, they gave me my broken phone back, promising that it was fully fixed, until I come to find out that the wifi capabilities in my phone were not working at all, and because of this, I was not able to install an E-sim card with AT&T. I had to give my phone back to Techy to fix this new issue and ever since then, there has been a carousel of lies and excuses every time I contact them requesting an update. The worker in question (Chris) has been extremely rude and curt with me everytime when it was his mishandling of basic repair procedures that caused these problems in the first place. The latest update was over 2 weeks ago when the manager of the store informed me that the micro-soldering team needed to purchase a new device to help with repairing the phone that would take over 15 days to arrive. I called today requesting an update and Chris answered with his usual tone of disdain and ended up hanging the phone on me leaving me with no further updates to go by other than that the manager I spoke with 2 weeks ago was "tending to an emergency" in one of their other locations and could not get an answer from him in regards to the device they need to fix my phone. I am still without my phone and have nowhere else to turn but to leave this review and hope someone in upper management...

EVERY time the screen has been repaired there’s been a follow up issue - ex: home button loose, or the screen wasn’t tact down all the way. Always a simple fix and always fixed but nonetheless always an issue which is frustrating. But it’s close to our house and normally friendly so we return. Our recent experience we took a Mac book & our daughters iPad. The Mac book we were told if they messed with it, it could potentially stop turning on because of the liquid damage we took the risk. It ended up not working after they tried the repair but they also shattered the screen….. adding to the issue. We were told the amount would be refunded….. it’s been months now. As for our daughters iPad the button was loose…. We took it back…. It was still loose…. So the fixed it again….Then we realized the lock button was jammed….but it wasn’t able to be fixed??? We paid $25 to get the screen fixed and not long after our daughter broke it again, we were told the $25 was a mistake and it’s actually $125 but they would do it for $80 so we went and were charged $125????? Now we’ve noticed the screen is lifting . But I’m at the point where I’m tired of taking it back for issues that it wasn’t brought in for. As for the refund on the Mac book, we have been avoiding disputing the charge because they said they’d return the payment and we’ve been waiting for them To do the right thing, but how long...
Read moreI recently visited this location to get a repair for the damage that I had on my front screen. I was told that I would be getting an original screen replacement but I received a glass that barely fit and now my phone seems to be glitching and I’m unable to use it. I need my personal device for work. I reached out to the company and they told me that they couldn’t resolve my issue as of now but for me to wait until the end of the month when they receive a new shipment.
