This place is sooo freaking awesome...from the owners..Auntie and Uncle and their gorgeous daughter Natasha..and their very talented cooks!! We usually order out and it is mostly the rotis, doubles..which does not disappoint..and all the veg options I can eat...for myself and the curry boneless chicken usually for my husband. But yesterday I took a friend with me..and we actually stayed for in dinning..and although it was busy for take out...I think they always are ....Natasha took care of is..and did not make us feel unwanted. My friend had never had this type of Indian food ..So with help from Natasha...we ordered curry shrimp...curry chicken bone in with the Dahl puri and the paratha rotis..and 2 doubles for taste...the flavor explosion was not disappointing....Natasha suggested the rice and peas with the curried goat and aloo and channa....served with the other dishes. The curry had a deep.depthnof flavor. My friend who is Cantonese..also wanted to try the shrimp wanton soup...she told me that it was so very flavorful...I was introduced to this gem of a place by a student of mine...and I have not stopped coming. The little bags of kurmas are just the right flavor and crispy texture..I buy them by the dozen to send to my bast friend who lives in Seattle..who is just addicted to them. I found out that Auntie is the one who makes them. The people who own and run this restaurant they are so amazing...friendly...and they know how to put out a dish that ties to the home and heart. For the past 2 years now...my family have been ordering our Christmas dinner from them..and we enjoy it for a couple of days...which Marty's the flavors even better. Uncle even helps my husband load the food into my car. I am proud of these people .. the food ...the hospitality they put out to all of us....see you...

Read moreOkay give this place some credit. Caribbean and Oriental food. Well okay this is extremely unusual and it shows in the place you see elements of what you would expect from both types of restaurants. What ONE THING this place is exceptional at ?? Serving HOT SPICY FOODS (by request) you have that friend that claims nothing spicy bothers them ..take them here, don't worry the hospital is around the corner on 441 😆. Okay I primarily judge a Chinese restaurant by one type of dish: General Tso's Chicken . A purely Americanized Chinese emulated chicken dish that is normally on the spicy side .. yeah a little hotter than normal, they can turn down the heat by request..
I see room for improvement, while if you are investing in stocks you will appreciate all the screens showing trading status.. that's not really why many go to eat. It needs to be kept clean inside and outside also behind the place. The people are nice. Their typical customers are locals of Caribbean origin, this is similar to other restaurants I have been to in the Bahamas. It is a mom and pop and I'm not going to tear them down. What they are offering is unique, this place should be appreciated. On the funny side I do have a bit of dyslexia and Inat first thought it said Lucky Cat Restaurant😳. Yeah I'm sorry that's me not them.
Unique spicy menu items, a dining...
