VERY, POOR !!! MORE LIKE A 0 ZERO STAR 0 RESTAURANT .EXTORTION AND RUDE service. Please read below. Seated right away . Table we were seated at was Dirty! Who does that? seating patrons at a dirty table? Waited a very long time for someone to take our order. Asked for spicy , food was NOT prepared as requested. Order came out quickly. Restaurant smells like raw fish* in the dining area*, Repulsive! Asked for hot sauce was told to get some off the salad bar , (service)? which was not hot, at all! Salad was not good, poor quality. Food was COLD! Waitress NEVER checked to see how food was , or ask if we needed anything. Decor is like a kindergarten with paper flyers on wall . Restaurant is dusty , and not clean! Small portion, (child size) take out Even Worse! been there several times, will NOT recommend to Anyone, or revisit. Water never replenished, except for when we were leaving=Too late. When paying check had to wait and then waitress informed us after checking table "TIP IS NOT INCLUDED" -REALLY??? FYI , PEOPLE TIP ON FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!! We were paying with card and intended to tip, But NOT after that!!! I cannot believe you EXTORT tips from customers! ?????????? Tips are gifts , based on service, and food quality. It is up to customer IF they want to tip , and how MUCH! Owner / Manager, Just so you know , this is NOT the Only Thai restaurant in south Fla! Lots of others , and they do it much better , than you! And THEY DON'T EXTORT TIPS ! You have a lot of bad reviews, and they all have the #same# theme. You have NOT addressed ANY of the problems! I am in the service industry , sometimes people do not leave a tip , or leave a low tip, for various reasons . It is up to you to independantly find out why. Every cutomer is important! There are NO 'bad nights' in the service arena ! And EXTORTION IS ILLEGAL!
DO NOT BEG FOR TIPS, or FORCE Customers to TIP. You will be Reported!!!!!!!!!!
Potential Customers, please Do NOT waste your time ,...

Read moreWay better than the place we went to last night (Tobu Thai & Sushi, so mediocre we needed to get more Thai food tonight). Much more authentic flavors. The Tom Yum Gai soup was chuck full of chicken, mushrooms, tomato, and onion with a zesty broth. Since I got that instead of the wonton soup that would have come with my dish, she took $1 off the soup. And it was excellent. The steamed dumplings weren't as good (just OK). The filling was a bit starchy, but they were obviously homemade.
Excellent namsod. Very tangy and lots of shredded ginger. If you don't like ginger, get the labb instead, we're going to try it next time. I would have eaten more of it, but my husband ordered it "Bangkok style spicy" and they took him seriously.
We also tried a fried rice, a curry and a sauteed special. All were very good. Prepared to the spiciness requested with lots of fresh veggies and sufficient proteins.
They could probably use another server and a bathroom remodel, but this is a place we'll be returning to many times to work our way...
