I have experienced bad service before but this was the worst. I'd tell you the waitress's name but she never said what it was and they don't wear name tags. She started by taking our drink orders. She got out drink orders and took off without asking if we wanted anything else to start (which we did). She brought the drinks, took our appetizer order then took off again. When she took our dinner order (wings), she barely listened and didn't bother to ask or give us a chance to tell her whether we wanted bone-in or boneless. When she finally brought out our appetizer, age came out with the appetizer for the table next to us which came in at least 10 minutes after us. We waited about 35-40 minutes and she returns with bone-in wings which aren't even close to the sauces we ordered. When she finally brings out the food, everything is bone-in (which isn't what I wanted but was never given a chance to say). She unceremoniously drops the food off, my boyfriend manages to remind her for the blue cheese I asked for instead of the ranch. She drops off the blue cheese and we don't see her again until we ask for the check. The wings were barely half sauced. The waitress never asked us how or food was or if we needed or wanted anything else just took our card to run the payment. She took off before we got the chance to tell her about the FEATHER we found still ATTACHED to one of wings. When she returns with the receipt and card we tell her, she made a face of disgust and said she'd tell the manager. We never saw or heard from the manager, possibly because she didn't actually say anything. She was so incredibly rude and inattentive that I have zero desire to step foot back in this establishment....

We've been here maybe a handful of times...and each time the staff was super attentive to my children...even going above and beyond in giving them extra oranges (their favorite).
Their sliders, wings and pizza are really good.
I ran into an issue where I ordered food to get delivered...we get the food and it was missing 2 of the 3 burgers from the kids meals that we ordered. I called in and the manager was empathetic...she listened to me and assured me that she did include it since she was the one that packed it. Understanding that it wasn't here or there because they used a 3rd party to make the delivery she issued me a credit for 3 kids meals (although only 2 burgers were missing). Her overall demeanor was extremely pleasant....fastforward to a couple of days later...I get a notification that I received a refund for the WHOLE meal! Talk about customer service - for those of you with kids (more than one) you know what I mean when I say you can't just feed ONE kid. The reason behind getting the food delivered was nothing was going right at work and it was going to be a long night for me so to add the to the fact that I could not do what I initially intended which was to feed ALL my kids and get back to work ASAP was truly frustrating. The manager really turned this experience around and really set the bar high for neighboring restaurants! Thank you Native Grill & Wings in Maricopa! Read moreI just had the worst experience in this restaurant. I've been a client for over 10 years. Had a few times when the food was not as good but never had an issue with the service. Until tonight. I stopped by because I needed to unwind after a very difficult day. Ordered just drinks. First bartender brought over 1 drink. She didn't come back when I finished my drink so I asked the second bartender to bring me a second drink. First bartender finally makes it back to me with a drink but she sees I have one and takes it back to the fridge. I got a third drink and asked for my check and I noticed that I am being charged for 4 drinks. I let first bartender know that it's wrong and she acts like I'm lying. "Are you sure because I brought you two?" I remind her of what she did and she then goes to the manager. Together they go back into the kitchen and I am told by the second bartender that she asked to check the cameras. I can't believe she's doing this. When she came back, she slammed down the check and walked away. No " Sorry, I was wrong" instead she's mad. I can't believe it. I shout out "It's ok I accept your apology. I forgive you " She keeps muttering . I tell her again. " I forgive you, but you don't get a tip". Still no apology.
