If you like being treated rudely and horrible customer service then this is the place for you. Ashley is one of the rudest worker there along with the owner. Groomer seem to make up there own rules as to how long it will take to groom your dog even witha set appointment. I have a Carine terrier chihuahua and was told he was going to take almost 3hrs with an appointment set. Idk about you, but what the hell takes that long on a small dog. And then I was running due to the lovely traffic around town and called and spoke with Ashley the ... and told her I was running late and she let me know that if I am 15mins pass my appointment time don't come. So I was almost to the house to pick my pup up and turn around to take him to his appointmen...might I add only goimg to be right at 15 min late should be good still but I called to let her know as a respectful thing to do and she proceeds to tell me to hold while she goes and tells Luna the Groomer and comes back on the phone and tells me she will not take me even after Ashley had told me otherwise. Such BS!!! I was beyond PIST OFF and the owner allow it as well along with the rude customer service. All I can say don't waist your money...they also markup all there pet products/food..also Asley especially love bad mouthing about other customers and there dogs while customers are around with her Staff as well as the owner partaking in it as well. Read moreUnfortunately, I used to be a regular here. I clearly asked if the groomers had experience due to the fact there are no laws and regulations regarding groomers.
Candace, the owner, became annoyed and rude when I asked and assured me they did. I mentioned to her I had never once cut my dog when grooming him in the ten years I've had him. And I was nervous about anyone else being as careful as I am. So I left him with her assurance it was going to be okay for an hour.
I come back and my dog was totally freaking out. I asked her and the groomer what happened and the groomer said she had cut him during the nail portion of the groom. In the previous time I had taken my dog in, the other more regular experienced groomer did a good job and I was able to confirm she had experience as a groomer. She didn't cut him and also complimented me on how calm he is while getting groomed. (My dogs nails are clear so you can easily see where the quik is in the nail bed.) But the new groomer admitted she cut him and he had been bleeding.
I mentioned this to Candace (that is why I asked originally) and she flew into a rage and began screaming at me. Totally unprofessional and rude. I had given her much business monthly since she opened yet she did not have the decency to apologize for her outburst. She has my number and has never contacted me once.

Their self wash is a joke I'm always being rushed and they constantly complain about how I take to long to wash my dog which is a husky. And then they complain and say I can't come back because I bring my huskies in ummmm where does it say I can't wash a husky I'm sorry but I never new it was a breed specific wash? I'm sorry for the employee's who work there they are very nice and respectful however the owner is a nightmare!!! She should not own a business with her customer service skills u can't even give this place a star but i have to horrible.
Update The owner just replied to my review and stated I left throw up and feces in the self wash I have never done this before how unprofessional to make up lies about a customer I would never in my life do this and if my dog ever would have an accident I would of course clean it up bizarre I'm beyond shocked that she would say such a lie!!!!
