This review is for sharon and ellena (I hope I spelled it right) But for the 2 young ladies working the closing shift tonight both of you deserve a standing ovation and raise for your amazing customer service skills and amazing kind hearts.
I called in about 9:40pm 20 minutes before closing time. I had a huge favor to ask them. Since my m om had surgery last year subway is the only thing she has been able to eat and have it go down and stay there. She has just gotten home from the hospital 3 days ago after being diagnosed with barrett's esophagus. I was in Chandler ll day babysitting my grandson and was running short on time we were still about 23 minutes away from the store. When I called the store I spoke with Sharon on the phone and explained to her my moms circumstances. She told me they would be ok with keeping the store open an extra couple minutes i order to get my moms food. I made it there with 10 minutes to spare and was able to allow these girls to go home on time.
If this amazing act of kindness does prove what real customer service is all about I don't know what does. To the both of them I want to say thank you and let you know that your kindness actually brought tears to my eyes and I am forever grateful to the both of you for being willing to stay that extra couple of minutes to make sure a 75 year old woman got something to eat tonight...
I hope you both receive a promotion, a raise employees of the month or year or something because you truly deserve it. True customer service is hard to come by these days and these two young ladies could absolutely teach others what it the meaning of customer service is all about. KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING AND DONT LET NOBODY GUIDE YOU ON A DIFFERENT PATH BECAUSE YOUR HEART IS TRULY IN THE...
Read moreI visited the Subway restaurant located in Maricopa for lunch on a Tuesday around 1:30 p.m. There were already two customers at the service counter getting their sandwiches prepared when I walked in. Someone else from behind the counter stepped up and helped me with very little wait time. I ordered a 12 inch Meatball Marinara Sub on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, to go. The total bill for this one sandwich was $10.58. My “Sandwich Artist”, as Subway once called their employees, wasn’t very good at remembering what I had said, but she asked a lot of questions and made my sandwich with no mistakes. She did not skimp on the ingredients I asked for. This was a refreshing change from what I’ve experienced in the past where they barely put anything on and I had to ask for more. She even toasted the sandwich for me after adding the meatballs and provolone cheese. This restaurant has a small area next to the cash register where customers can help themselves to napkins, straws, and various different condiments that people might want on their sandwiches. The aroma of my meatball sub filled the vehicle as I drove home. It smelled wonderful. I took some pictures for this review and the pictures paint a different picture than what I tasted. Trust me when I say that the sandwich tasted much better than it looks in...
Read moreOk, I just went into Subway in Maricopa and I ask a very simple question to the two ladies up front "Are the cookies fresh" and they looked at me as if I just created the Nuclear Bomb🤣🤣. One response was we make them fresh every day and the other one response was, they were just made. Now come one which is it, and it is 3 pm in the afternoon. The store opened at 8am, if fresh made daily meaning at 8 am, that's 7 hours of cookies chilling in the display box. If just made as the other lady stated, then I was expecting a nice warm chewy chocolate chip cookie. Let's just say this with they over cooked the cookies or credit goes to the morning crew, because those cookies were not fresh and the went in the trash. How about when a customer ask if the cookies are fresh, you say oh they were made with a time stamp, such as an hour a gog or this morning at 8am and then you let the customer decide if they still want to purchase them. No wonder why the majority of restaurant in Maricopa have negative reviews. Whoever the owner is have some pride in your food establishment and hire non attitude people that also has pride. It really is that simple. I sure did wanted me some fresh now chocolate chip...
