Initial sales person spoke so fast I had to ask her to stop, slowdown, and repeat what she said. Then she passed me onto someone else.
Everything went fine until she tried to tell me I HAD to have product protection for at least a month on a new phone. She also tried to say she could not reverse the charge for it. Both claims are completely Untrue. Fortunately I knew she could not force me to have product protection and insisted to not be charged for it... She reversed the charge.
I will Never use this location again.
