JUDY MY DEAR YOU NEED A RAISELet me tell you people I only leave reviews if I get extremely good service or extremely bad service. The cook did not get my order correct any other day I would of demanded my money back I didn't want to go back. But I had the best customer service experience with Judy. She has great customer service skills, communication skills, listening skills. She was very happy & informative I have been coming here for years. No one has ever mentioned the Sonic app who knew you could place your order before you get there. They need to promote this more like she does you can also take advantage of 1/2 drinks. We came last week & she remembered us she took the time to ask how our day was, wow who does that now in days (And I was having a really bad day... Thank you Judy! It's the holidays people spread the love, we all can do a little human kindness! I can tell you she reminded me of it ). My kids were very excited to talk to her & let me tell you they hate strangers. I wish I could of gave her a big tip I only had my card but trust me next time we go shes a getting a fat tip. Keep up the good work Judy & Sonic's I recommend you keep hiring people like her. I say you clean house new management & staff or train them better these millennials now a days are so rude & lazy. Read moreSince moving to the area we've only used this Sonic twice now in the last month and they have not gotten it right yet. First visit a few cold drinks and a hatch chili cheeseburger for my son with no lettuce got the food went home we had to wait a while but it wasn't too super long.when we got home only to find out there was lettuce on the hamburger I looked at the receipt if they did not indicate no lettuce so they didn't get my order right when I told them through the drive-thru okay second time only a meal for my kid a malt and a hatch chili cheeseburger meal I stress no lettuce I saw her actually put no lettuce on the screen from when we got to the drive-thru we spent 35 minutes before we got our food They said they were short-handed waiting for people to show up okay fine and I warned him they better not have lettuce on the hamburger this time got home sat down there is lettuce on the hamburger The receipt does say no lettuce. this Sonic is absolutely the worst one I've ever been to I've had great luck at sonics fast accurate service this one if they don't get it together I don't see him lasting very long and especially with what's going on in the economy they better get their act together I may never go there again...
Read moreHalf Priced Summer Shakes DISAPPOINTED We had never tried the shakes at Maricopa Sonic but had fairly good luck with the food products in the past and the TV ads for Sonic convinced us with delicious LOOKING shakes. Oh boy, was that a scam.
The online order went ok but atrociously slow website. Each click took like 30 seconds to load. One fudge, one caramel and one vanilla. Paid online. Went to pick it up. Returned home expectantly, mouths watering.
"Why are they all white? Maybe that's whipped cream? No, none have whipped cream. Do we have to taste each other's to figure out which one is which? They all taste the same."
Ruined our night. We even went BACK to the website to figure out the problem and it listed ingredients as including whipped cream and cherries. We received none.
Why was staff not trained to mark their shakes per order?
Shouldn't they add enough flavor that it would be visible and clear?
Should a manager offer to rectify this situation?
