i was thoroughly intrigued by the staff here. They were all nice and polite, but I will say there is a clear difference between the front-counter and the kitchen. Up at the front counter all you hear is "Enjoy your meal" or "Have a nice day!", but when you see them working in the back (the placement makes it very easy for you to see everyone prepping your food, not necessarily good) they don't smile and I didn't even really see them talk. Nonetheless the food here is superb! Of course this is Taco Bell, a fast food restaurant, and my expectations are on a level of that of a fast food restaurant. Comparing it to the other restaurants in the area (Carl's Jr, Jack-In-The-Box, Arby's, KFC, McDonalds, this was some pretty good food. I ordered the Double-Dilla which is now my new favorite item, and when I asked, the register woman kindly let me know that it was absolutely fine for me to substitute the spicy Jalapeno sauce for sour cream. I also ordered a Mountain Dew Freeze, which she didn't mind mixing all the flavors for me, it was the bomb! (The guy at a different Taco Bell told me this was called a 'Twilight Freeze', interesting) The food came out super fast, and it was nicely packaged, with the quesadilla being cut easy enough that I could cleanly rip the segments apart. So cheesy and gooey and delicious! As I was sitting analyzing the restaurant for this review, I noticed the counter-clerk had begun to clean the dining room (they weren't busy), and she went around asking folks how the food was, and if there was anything else she could get them! That kind of customer service is not usually given in a Taco Bell, so I was awestruck. She gave them a polite conversation (it was an actually family that came in the middle of the day to eat Taco Bell, which was a bit weird to me) before zipping back up to the counter and apologizing to the next guests for their wait (which wasn't long at all). Nonetheless, this was a great example of how every Taco Bell (and fast food place in general) should be: speedy food, great customer service, and polite team members, Taco Bell is now my new favorite fast food place, but again, this review is given on a scale of fast food restaurants, not...
Read moreI paid for an online/app order today for store #037558 in Maricopa, AZ. I received the email that my order was ready at 12:18 pm. I arrived at the store around 12:20 and "checked in" after waiting about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and spoke with Jennifer at the register . After waiting another 20 minutes, they kept giving others their orders. I asked if my order was being made and they told me they already made the order and was picked up. The associates in the back asked where the receipt was, nobody knew? They go back to working and I wait another 10+ minutes or so thinking they were remaking my order and go to the counter again. Same story, nobody wants to give me an answer or remake my food? I asked to speak with a manager and she (Sarah) refused to come talk to me and told her associate "she can wait" I'd been waiting already for 40 minutes for food I already paid for. Meanwhile they kept making everyone else's order! She would not come talk to me for some reason, so the other assistant woman came to the counter and then told Jennifer to ring up my order again and use Manager Special to avoid payment.. Because it was the online exclusives, she was unable to ring it up and had me write it on receipt paper. I waited another 15+ minutes to receive my food. UNACCEPTABLE! I've never been treated with such disrespect and disregard as a customer.. especially when I already paid for my food. I literally stood in the store for 65 minutes total!!!!!! For $36 worth of food! The whole situation was TERRIBLE! Instead of her apologizing to me and just making it a point to get my order processed.. she refused to confront the situation. The lady at the register wrote on a piece of paper " Waited for over 1 hour Cassie 1 free meal Jennifer on the back of a TELL THE BELL paper. lol ummmmm?????? DO...

The Best Valentine's Day Ever!!!
On behalf of the 2023 freshman class at Maricopa High, I would personally like to congratulate Taco Bell #037558 and the morning crew for provide my son's class a very filling and special Valentine's Day this year. Every year, I do my best to get my children's class a special treat personalized just for them on Valentine's Day and have yet to have any complaints when doing so. And I owe a lot of it to Edgar and Sara for helping me this year.
I didn't know how to make orders like I did this February and with so much guidance, I was able to wake up early Valentine's morning to the gracious morning crew. Kole P.(271970) rung me up expertly while Peyton, Sharon, Ken and Jen effortlessly helped me load all 26 meals into the back of my car. They really were the dream team— and not because it was 5 AM and I still has sleep in my eyes. Without their efforts and the leadership that Edgar and Sara instill, there just wouldn't be as much magic to the entire process.
My son's class has sent me a video, all his classmates and teachers thanking Taco Bell for filling their stomach with quality food, cool drinks and a satisifying beginning for the rest of the day. Thank you so much, Taco Bell #037558, Edgar, Sara, Kole P., Peyton, Sharon, Ken and Jen for Order # 915417. You have touched many hearts this Valentine's Day and I hope you...
