This may sound petty to some and others will totally get it. So, I get an email from Baskin Robbins wishing me a happy birthday and an offer for a free scoop of ice cream. So, now a couple days later on my birthday I have a couple of hours to kill so I decided to go for a walk, knowing that Baskin Robbins would be my final destination and I could reward myself with an ice cream. I walked all the way there. The cashier asks for my phone to check the validity of the coupon and five minutes later tells me that they can't honor it because their store number couldn't be found on the email and they actually turn me away, on my birthday at an ice cream shop putting me down in a bummed out mood, turning me into a dissatisfied customer all over 1 scoop of ice cream! I have to tell you, if that was my shop I never would allow a customer to leave unsatisfied over 1 scoop of ice cream. And for the record, I am in my mid 40s with children and grandchildren, looks like Carvel will be scooping up the ice cream for our family and friends from now forward. Thanks Baskin Robbins, it was a good 44 years of fun but I guess all good things must come to an end. Signed: Deeply dissatisfied long term...

1- We asked for cream and sugar in the coffees which clearly wasnāt there. Even verbalized the amount. 2- We sat at the window for 4 minutes, watched literally 3 people walk in and then back out and yet we were still sitting there... Honked a few times and did the reverse and pull up to see if that would register anything. 3- Had to also ask a second time for napkins for the bagels. 4- Get the coffee back and it still tastes like theres no sugar just milk added. At this point I would even take sugar packets. 5- the bagel was somehow cold. Iām not even sure how thatās possible under a heat lamp unless it came straight out the fridge.
This canāt even be blamed on high traffic as itās a holiday. So disappointing and sad that I have to post double the amount at Starbucks to get some basic...

There has always been a marked difference between sizes of cups and shakes are normally thick and rich, but neither was the case.
Our young ones got child scoops but they were placed in the new smaller blue cups rather than the traditional larger pink ones. Then one of our teens who ordered two scoops had them jammed into the smaller cup and the oldest who ordered a single scoop, we couldnāt tell the difference between the kids scoops and the single scoop.
Finally, my Oreo milkshake was heavy on the milk, light on the ice cream and nonexistent on the Oreos. The shake was thin and runny, and not the quality Iāve come to expect from Baskin Robbins.
I hope this store begins paying more attention to quality and portions, or this new building will stand...
