I recently encountered a hiccup with an order, and I must take a moment to commend the outstanding customer service provided by Josh, the manager, and the entire team. Problems arise, but it's the way they are handled that truly defines a business, and in this case, it was handled with exceptional care and efficiency.
Upon discovering an item in my order that didn't belong, I reached out to Josh and his team. From the onset, they exhibited a genuine concern for my situation. What struck me the most was their commitment to not just resolving the issue but making me feel genuinely cared for as a customer.
Josh went above and beyond to rectify the mistake promptly, and the team ensured that the correct item was expedited to me. The level of attention and dedication they displayed throughout the process was truly remarkable. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Josh and his team.
In an era where customer service experiences can vary, this encounter with Josh and the team reaffirms that exceptional service still exists. I appreciate their swift and effective resolution, but more importantly, the way they made me feel valued as a customer. Kudos to Josh and the team for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a testament to outstanding customer service. They've earned my loyalty and highest...
Read moreMy stomach is tore up. I am sure it was the lobster roll. Disclaimer, when I eat a lot of lobster my stomach hurts sometimes so I don’t think it’s the preparation, it may just be me. For about $30 to get a lobster roll is not something I want to do again especially with stomach pains. I should’ve gotten the tots to brace my stomach, but it probably would have still hurt, especially with the bad barbecue in the food hall mixed with this that I ate. I know real lobster cost so I somewhat can understand the price, but they have to know that the typical person won’t come in and select that item for that price often. I know you all have stomachs of steel because you eat Cheese all the time so I’m sure you can eat this but it’s not for me and I don’t particularly recommend....
Read moreThe food was absolutely amazing!!! We travel to Boston a lot, so we've had plenty of fresh, great lobstah rolls, and Cousins Maine Lobster did not disappoint! This would be considered great in Boston or Portland, but in Atlanta? It's a showstopper!!! We each had a lobster roll (Maine style, of course), shared a lobster grilled cheese and a bowl of lobster bisque. All of it was outstanding! Plenty of lobster meat for the price.
To those complaining about the portion size: the lobster roll was under $20, what do you expect? We've had lobster rolls that were twice as big, with twice the amount of lobster, but guess what? They're twice the price! The good news is that Cousins let's you add extra lobster meat for $5.50.
Seriously, give this place a try! We'll...
