Uber eats order: OLD FISHERMAN SOUP! Mushy crab hard fish. Very dangerous to serve. Also, my order took forever to get here it was two hours so obviously it was overcooked. I don’t want to take the chance again bad food although the first time it was delicious. Also the second time it was too spicy to eat and no snails. $40 is to much to pay to take a chance between good and horrible. I was afraid to get sick and threw it out.

Around the time it was supposed to ready I asked my dasher to check. They told him 10mins which ended up being 1 hour and 30 mins later. My order was not ready until 11:30pm. Having to wait for two hours for food is insane and very bad business. It’s almost 12:00 am and I’m barely getting my food now. I’m so upset with this establishment and I try to call to speak with someone and the number doesn’t even ring! Beware when ordering here.

The flavor wasn’t there either and looked absolutely nothing like the photos they show online. I literally had to ask them for the red sauce that’s pictured on their website. Please stay far away from this place if you care about not wasting money.

I ordered Egusi soup with American fufu, but unfortunately, I never received the fufu. I also paid an extra five dollars for Ponmo, only to be given a very tiny portion—almost like it was just tossed in as an afterthought. The soup itself was disappointing: it lacked flavor, was cold by the time it got to me (and I live just four minutes away), and did not meet expectations.

What’s more frustrating is that this seems to be a pattern. Every time I order at night and the owner isn’t present, the food quality drops significantly or something is missing. This inconsistency makes it hard to trust the experience, which is a shame because I really wanted to...
