Atl Glassworks has extremely high prices for basic things that you can learn online. I have always learned better in person so I booked a class figuring it would be an investment in my craft. I suffered a severe emergency and missed my class and following up with the company as soon as I was able to and was told that I can get zero refund or reschedule. So I am out $200+ dollars. What a nightmare. I understand small business cant take a loss on the supplies but it isn’t like they couldn’t be used in another class. A full or partial refund or reschedule would’ve helped me a lot in a time of need due to the emergency. I realized just how easy it is to learn online and will be going that route.

I was not in a state to notify ahead of time or I would have. I didn’t just forget to put you on my calendar. Just because you're a small business doesn't mean you shouldn't treat people like people if anything you should more so. That is what makes good word of mouth for small businesses. I have plenty of other sources I'd rather get help from. That have good business practice and don't steal peoples money when...
