Dunkin Donuts has lost a customer for life. Unfortunately, I have seen a decline in customer service with all Dunkin Donuts, not just in Georgia, but up and down the east coast (Pennsylvania to Florida). It is rare that my order is correct. Today was the last straw. First, when I pulled up to the window, a male was walking around without a mask. Another employee had her mask under her nose. I politely asked for them not prepare my order. My entire order was wrong. The bagel was toasted when I specifically requested it not be toasted. The requested sugars and milks were not correct. They wanted to charge for cream cheese that would not have been needed if the bagel was prepared correctly. I requested additional sugar. I waited patiently, with the cashier purposely ignoring me, so I honked the horn. She eventually returned with a small bag of sugar and said: "Don't honk your horn in the drive-thru and have a nice day." As I pulled out, I realized my donuts were missing. I backed up, returned to the drive-thru window and requested that my entire order be refunded. When I asked for the manager, the young man, with no mask, came to the window. Why should the employees don their masks if their manager does not? Also, the young lady who told me not to honk my horn told the manager to charge $0.50 for the strawberry cream cheese, that I initially refused to pay for, but was also returned. We are living in times when we have solely depend on drive-thru services. It would help if your employees were courteous and made an effort to get orders correct.

He was very genuine in his apology and assurance that my concerns have been addressed. He also invited me to come back to Dunkin and enjoy a remake of my drink and/or refund. I LOVE Dunkin' and I LOVE coffee even more but I won't support any business that doesn't believe in taking care of people and the community. Because of Brian's genuine concern this DD has a truly satisfied and appreciative customer. There isn't a perfect person or company out there but I'd want genuine customer service and manager like this for my business because I know that if a mistake is made it's handled. I sat at the window for 10 minutes talking to my husband not realizing Iād been sitting for that long. I walk into the store, no one greets me or say anything to me.
