We were served omelets made to order with the cheese not melted. When we explained to the waitress, she asked what she could do about it. We asked to have a bit of money taken off our bill. She then said she would have to ask the manager. The manager came and looked clueless and said she would have to ask the chef. I’m not sure when the chef became the manager to determine any compensation for a poorly cooked meal. They all met in the back kitchen and then said that because we seated ourselves that was the problem. No, the problem was your inability to make an omelette and serve people in an appropriate manner. Everyone who came into the restaurant was seating themselves. If that was not proper, then you should’ve posted a sign to please wait to be seated. The food was highly mediocre. Read moreGun Room restaurant is a great place to visit for dinner. We, also, stopped in for their Sunday Buffet which adequate as well. Stopped in on a Saturday night which was busy. Food was delicious, I had the Shrimp Jambalaya and Caesar Salad. 10 out 10 on the food. You won’t be disappointed. Our waitress was another story.

Outside of that, you’ll enjoy the atmosphere of the Gun Room. You’ll enjoy the food. We would, definitely, stop by...
Read moreWe had Sunday brunch here, the scrambled eggs were dried up and almost gone, the French toast bin was empty, and the omelets to order looked pretty but tasted like the eggs used may have been liquid eggs with no flavor. Also there were hardly any guns like I pictured it to be. Not quaint or cozy like the hotel itself seemed it would be, a man and woman were standing up talking loudly to a waitress for like 20 minutes.. Maybe the haunted hotel would be a better pick. But...
