I heard of this place from one of the owners who would visit Moo-Duck Brewery from time to time. Always enjoyed his company. I learned he is a research scientist (PhD), and a home brew enthusiast. They opened three months ago.
Finally got to visit. I loved it! Great Grateful Dead vibe, which attracts good people. It's a comfortable place with no TVs, good conversing around the bar (Moo Duck knows this secret sauce) and good company. I'm not qualified to rate their beer because #1 - I'm no expert and you like what you like, #2 you aren't either, and it's too early. Let them learn their newer, bigger systems.
Great location as it looks out over the Susquehanna River. Definitely go. Definitely support their efforts. They do serve food and they also serve PA...

I was very impressed with this little taproom minus some of the local weirdos/neighbors who were at times loud and obnoxious, and one guy who couldn't stop staring at my wife. Anyways, the beer selection was unique. Where are you going to find a California Common style, Belgian Trippel, and Triple IPA all in one place? The beer was solid. And the live entertainment was great. Also thought the bartender was attentive and explained the beer styles well. It's a Grateful Dead themed bar as well, so if you're into that band, you might...
