Visited location at lunchtime on a Friday. My 1st time here and I enjoyed the food, the restaurant, and the wait staff was pleasant. The hostess that sat us, and waitress Sophia (hope I'm spelling that correct) were really friendly. Order: Garlic rolls (to share), a Cobb salad, and a personal pizza (The Italian). The garlic rolls were DELICIOUS. Nice and hot, smothered in garlic butter with marinara. My lunch partner enjoyed the Cobb salad- it was a big portion, filling, had crisp lettuce, crunchy bacon. The salad was ordered with blue cheese dressing, instead of the BBQ ranch, but it did arrive with the incorrwct dressing. Sophia corrected the issue promptly. Personal Pizza- cut into 6 slices. If you like thin crust, I think you'll enjoy this pizza. The crust was crunchy around the edges, and thr middle was still doughy - which is perfect to me as a New Yorker (ha). 1st bite, I tasted a tangy something which I thought might be the cheese blend, but I remembered the sauce was sweet and tangy. I noticed a scillian style crust on the menu and I'll have to try that next time I visit. I noticed specialty drinks that I want to try when I visit again. I didn't have an alcoholic beverage this time but I'll be back to try the Whisky Smash. 😊

I was looking for a nice Pizza restaurant to eat from other than fast food restaurants, I found Blue moon pizza’s, they had about 1000 plus review that I didn’t check I just ordered. I ordered wings, fries and pizza. Let’s me start with the wings… They are really big and delicious. I got the mango habanero flavor and it was divine and juicy. But on the other hand, their pizza wasn’t the best. It was so plain tasting, dry, the flavor wasn’t there, I was disappointed and confused because the pizza looked promising but it failed to deliver the flavor. The fries wasn’t that bad just a lil bit too salty and greasy. Other than that blue moon pizza is not that bad, the price was decent. The customer service was impeccable and the atmosphere was really nice. I probably went on a bad day. I will try them again some other time and see. I rate them 5/10 for pizza 6/10 for fries 10/10 for wings 10/10 customer Service 8/10 price.

The pizza [crust especially] was Very Good! The service was ok too. FYI... their Margarita Pizza does NOT come with red sauce!! We told our waitress it was our first time there.... No suggestions, no pointers, etc. Just "Oh ok". Anyways, The table next to us waiter told them things about their meal prior to ordering and just for their info! Great Idea!! We had the wings buffalo & garlic parmesan [sauce barely there]. My wife had the salad and Margarita pizza... then the veggie pizza... she said it was Good. I had the classic I think. It was also good & even better the next day! The price was reasonable for a personal pizza was btwn $10-11. We had beers & a salad... about $65 for 2 ppl. It was more room in their dining area than at the previous pizza place we left bc of No social distancing [Gino's NY Pizza was sitting ppl Right next to each other[smh] Will suggest to others & return!

have never eaten inside a blue moon pizza before but I order from the one in west village pretty regularly do I was pretty disappointed in the service. I came in placed an order with the guy upfront at what looked like a cash register because I didn't know how they worked and got this condescending attitude from him and the waitress up at the front about the cost of adding 1 extra topping like they didn't think I could afford it or would have a problem paying more money for what I want. Obviously it's extra so I was prepared to pay extra for it. Not only that, even after I said I wanted a medium pizza they kept suggesting I needed a personal size pizza without knowing who i was even buying the pizza, like because of my size I'm to fat to buy what I want without judgement. After finally, taking my order the hostess seated me, and 5 minutes later a different waitress came to my table and began to take my order. I told her someone was already helping me because I had placed my order upfront and she said she would just go make sure my order was in. A few minutes later she told me that the guy who took my order did not put it in which, seemed a little rude but I decided to brush it off and order my meal again since I was already sitting. I ordered a half n half specialty pizza with bbq chicken and cheeseburger, specifically stating "cheeseburger." Again, I received judgement and criticism over the size of my pizza hinting towards my weight from this waitress which makes 3 people in this restaurant who apparently believe they can make judgements about a person's life just looking at them. After waiting x amount of minutes for my food to come, I go wash my hands and return to my table to immediately notice that half of this pizza is not what I ordered. I patiently tried to signal and get the waitress's attention before basically having to shout as she walked passed my table ignoring me waving at her. Upon letting her know that half of my order was wrong, she tried to make it sound as if I said my order wrong and only said a "hamburger pizza" and offered me 2 slices of pizza to make up for the HALF a pizza that was wrong instead of having them remake the half pizza. So i explained that didn't sound right and she went to get some random cute guy from the back to pretend he was the manager, presumably to charm me and smooth things because I'm gay and I'll listen to man candy. So he comes out and basically offers me the same thing she just offered me and I just said fine because by this point I just wanted to eat in peace. Afterwards the new pizza comes out and I begin to eat but, the waitress makes it abundantly clear that I should hurry up, eat and leave. She came by several times to the table to rush me even taking my napkins away while I was still in the middle of eating. And even as i wrote this she even came by to take my checkbook before I even got around to putting money in it. Clearly, people like me are notFacebook welcome in a place like this even though the restaurant was pretty dead when i came in and has less customers nite while she is rushing me out even though she has yet to bus my dishes. This is really disgusting, my whole career has been in restaurants, from serving to cooking, this is NOT how you treat your guests, I don't understand this...

I have ordered from this Blue Moon location many times and have usually had positive experiences. Tonight, however, I had a terrible experience and, based on changes they've made, won't be ordering again. I called and ordered 1 pizza for pickup and was told it would be 30-35 minutes. I stopped by another restaurant first to pick up food for someone else in my family, so I showed up 45 minutes after placing the pizza order. After I paid, the woman looked around and went to check on my order, then returned after several minutes and told me they had "lost" my order, meaning it was in the system but just not made. She then asked me if I would be OK waiting for "about 25 minutes or so" for them to make it. I said I had other food in the car and asked if they could make it any faster. She then asked "how quickly do you need it?" Considering they had lost my order, this is not something they should be asking. Once they realized their mistake, they should have made it as fast as possible. So I said that I needed it as fast as possible and had ordered it almost an hour ago. She said something noncomittal and wandered off. I sat waiting for several more minutes, and she didn't update me or give me any information about when it would be ready. I finally walked over and asked the woman who seemed to be managing the orders, and she said 5 more minutes. After I finally got it, I rushed out as quickly as I could to get home (the other meal in my car was ice cold by now). I knew they knew what kind of pizza I ordered so didn't bother to check it. But when I got home, I opened the box and saw the order was wrong. It was supposed to be a margherita, which is made with no sauce and a different kind of cheese. This was a regular pizza with sauce, house blend cheese (wrong), and globs of cherry tomatoes on it (not roma, as the menu says). I called the place and told them they gave me the wrong pizza after all that. They said they have changed the type of tomatoes they use. The big globs of cherry tomatoes are not good and fall off the pizza when you lift it. Even worse, a margherita pizza doesn't normally have sauce or that kind of cheese (according to their own menu and every other pizza place in the world that makes it). Again, the guy said that's how they're making it now. He offered to give me a free one next time, but I said I wouldn't want to eat that again. He then offered to discount the bad one, which was nice (that's why I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1) because it was awful, but it doesn't make up for the bad experience. Also, I have always loved Blue Moon's margherita pizza and am disappointed that they changed it like this. It isn't a margherita...

I ordered a Margarita Pizza, asked them to add chorizo sausage & ricotta cheese which their topping cost an expensive $3.50 per topping. You would think if they're going to charge that much for a topping that they would make sure toppings were correct. The driver came to my door Handed me the pizza I opened the box to check it first, they added pineapple & Italian sausage instead of the chorizo sausage that I specifically requested. I handed the driver back the pizza & was glad I had elected to pay cash when I ordered because I won't have to wait 5-7 business days to be refunded. I didn't give the driver anything money. I then called the restaurant spoke with mgr, he offered to remake it but I declined as I lost my appetite when I saw those pineapples. The mgr told me the driver was supposed to check that my food was correct...No. I think the cooks should of double checked. The driver should only be responsible for making sure he got the extras like drinks, condiments, dessert etc.

I ordered from here a few days prior to this too. I ordered the classic pizza & a turtle cheese cake. The crust was kinda soggy I'm guessing from the grease from the meat. I ate the slices that weren't too soggy. It was pretty good though. The turtle cheese cake was ridiculously priced for such a skinny slice but very tasty.

I was going to write a review that first time but didn't want my judgement to come from just one experience with them. That's why I ordered again. Which I doubt there will be...
