Juicy's Jerk — Restaurant in Marietta

I've been here 3 times. Won't be back. The lady has no knowledge of how working the front counter works. On my first visit I ordered 10 Jerk wings and plantains. It was about $17 for lunch. It wasn't until my 2nd visit I realized I was grossly overpriced. I could have gotten a meal for cheaper. When I mentioned it all she said was Oh On my 2nd visit I only ordered wings. Each time the jerk sauce has leaked into the bag. On this last visit I called my order in as usual and waited before going to pick up for a quick in and out. As always the lady at the counter will try to take do everything at once having me wait longer than necessary. This time when I arrived it was empty inside so I hurried to the counter and paid for my order. Instead of going to get my order she is putting to go orders together . Another person comes in. He pays and she gets him his food and he leaves while I'm still waiting. UberEats comes in. Orders herself some parties in addition to her pick up order and still managed to leave before me. Highly disappointed in the food I received here . The presentation is good. The lady who cashed me was very nice and pleasant. The music was great for the short time I was there. But the food, the food was subpar! The fish was flavorless. I ordered escovitch fish. There was zero vinegar, no spice, nothing. It tasted like it needed salt. The rice had the black stuff on there, like it wasn't washed, and the cabbage was OLD. I have never seen cabbage that old and stale. The jerk wings were wet and soggy, and didn't have ANY jerk seasonings! It literally tasted like brown stew wings. Just ew. I couldn't eat it. The jerk chicken was good- but, DRY. It wasn't juicy. It was flavorful, but dry and looked old. The chicken patties do NOT taste like chicken. It tastes like meat. It is definitely curried. But it is NOT chicken. I don't know what that is. Only the crust tasted good. I spent $60 here for food that cannot be eaten. I literally opened up the patty to look at the meat that's inside. It's NOT chicken. Mystery meat. And it...

So first let me say that I know that everyone's taste buds are different. I ordered Brownstew Chicken, Regular size meal thru Uber Eats. There was a BOGO offer on that size. The dish was heavy and mostly full of rice...not so many peas. 2 small and 2 medium pieces of chicken. For a medium, I guess that's standard, no problem.

First bite of chicken was okay, but then the second bite my mouth was on fire from the amount of salt, omg. 🤢 There was so much rice I was curious and weighed it. Do you know they have 1 full pound of rice in that dish? Who is eating all that with the 4 little pieces of chicken. Anyhoo, I very rarely eat rice but you don't have a choice. Guess next time I'll enter a note to keep the rice with little peas.
