I've been eating here since they opened...the food is always delicious, the staff are very friendly and upbeat, and the place is always super clean. love it as much today as I did when they first opened. Update 9/2021 I'm worried about you Qdoba! don't know if it's the mgmt or the staff but the food quality is concerning me. the chicken has been overcooked lately and the steak is WAAAY too salty. i hope things get corrected soon UPDATE Sep 28, 2022... this location has definitely improved and i highly recommend it again. They've totally corrected the taste of the steak and the chicken is cooked just right now! the staff are always pleasant and efficient and the place is super clean. however, i was here today and saw one of the owners in line and apparently he didn't like some things he saw so he summoned a few staff members over to a table to tell them about things he didn't like. every good business owner knows you don't do that in front of customers. or pull employees to reprimand them during the lunch rush. c'mon man! i have no idea what he was concerned about bc in my opinion this place is managed very well and has delicious food. way to go guys! Read moreUsually I don't have too many issues with this place. But today I did. I came in hoping to get some studying done before I have to go to work. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged about any kind of service. I get that at the time they were handling a big order. But there were people waiting just standing there. Hoping to get some kind of service or food and I basically had a state. Something in rude remarks were made instead. I probably won't ever go back. I get sometimes when you have a big order it takes one person to do the whole order. One person was working on online orders. And then you had a person standing at the register that wasn't really doing anything. She could have been helping out with the big order getting sauces together. That way things could be long. So the whole thing frustrated me because I was no longer able to do what I wanted to do when I first got there. And then I got a mediocre sub. No one apologized. No one said hello. Nothing. To me. It just seems like a s* kind of customer service to not Even acknowledge that there may be a weight or say hi, or we'll be with you as soon as we can. Food ended up...
Read moreHorrible customer service.. Walked in at 11am on March 2nd 2018. Food was all over the place. Tables, floor, behind the counter, and even in the bathroom. Looked like a food fight broke out. One of the workers on a break even warned me to watch my step from the spilled liquid cheese right in front of the check out. Finally after a few minutes someone started to take our order. Meanwhile the one worker was still on her break the manager was walking around doing absolutely nothing. Just joking and laughing. Finally the guy finished our orders and rang us up. I asked him who the manager was and he pointed to her. I asked her why no one was bothered by the mess. She said she had to wait for the one guy who was actually working to finish with us before he could clean it. (To the owner I would fire that manager in a heartbeat. She could have easily cleaned that mess up or at a minimum rang us up so the gentleman could. Pure lazy. That was my first and last time eating...
