Cant get orders correct half the time because the employees dont stick around too long with such am unprofessional general manager. My experience as a customer: foods never fresh, staff always seems confused, drink are made differently depending on who is making them.
Considering I worked there for a few months before finally quitting because I was tired of being a personal punching bag for the general manager, (she does it to everyone) I now know they dont take the time to train anyone properly, they keep their muffins for two or three days if they were unable to sell them, and they dont care about the product they are selling, they care more about their drive thru time. Although that's nice in a way, but personally I'd rather have fresh food and wait a few extra minutes than be given food that has set for too long. They keep food on trays, on carts that are literally inces from the floor that they sweep with a broom and when they do all that stuff gets all over the food. Read moreIt’s Tuesday 7:30pm, Dec, 19, 2017. So I went in for coffee. I ordered medium coffee while waiting for my friends to come. Before my friends came I finished drinking coffee. So I went asked for refill and everyone went back off the counter into the back..including the manager. I called one of the cashier, she said I can’t refill..than she reported another cashier and finally told the manager..and eventually the manager said no refill. And that’s okay, but their service is very very poor..and communication with customers are bad..It doesn’t deserve one star at all too. This was not my first experience. One day, I ordered milk shack and instead gave me ice tea. On one occasion, I went in and ordered bagels and told one cashier to toast ..waited for 15mins...every who came after me got their orders..and I didn’t. Finally, I asked the cashier and she told me..oh sorry, I’m going to make it now... it’s not good experience. I would recommend people not to go to Tim Hortons in Marietta Ohio... look at what people are saying on the comments and decide...
Read moreReally not great. We went 2 days in a row while visiting town. The first day the guy at the front counter forgot half our order while making it, gave us the wrong drink on one of them, had to be reminded of two other items. We only ordered 3 drinks, a dozen donuts and two muffins. The second day they hand mixed one drink instead of through the normal machine and used way too much water. Later when we got to our location, we found large chucks of the powder mix on the bottom of the cup. Another drink was made with cream and no sugar, was supposed to be with sugar and milk, and that was after having to remind them again of missing items, on an even smaller order. They would also discuss our order in front of us (inaccurately), without talking to us to get clarity on what we needed. Would recommend further training or mentoring for this individual and...
